    I ordered a teacup and teapot bracelet on February 8, 2024. I have not received it yet. I have tried calling, emailing, customer support (which was an email I had to send) and Facebook messenger. No reply as of yet. I’m wondering if I was scammed.

    I ordered $82.67 worth of items from Roses and Teacup's website on 11/25/23. My card was charged immediately. I received a confirmation email the same day. On 12/1/23, I received a second email confirmation with an order number. After a few weeks, I had not recvied anything. I emailed Roses and Teacups about my order but didn't recive a response. A few days later, I called Roses and Teacups and was transferred to customer service, but no one answered. I left a message, but they didn't return my call. I have emailed and called multiple times since then, and have never recived a single response. It is now late February of 2024 and I have not received my items or heard from Roses and Teacups at all. Cleary, I will not be doing business with them again and discourage anyone else from doing businsess with Roses and Teacups.
