    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the incomplete installation of our EcoView windows, which began on November 20-21, 2024. Despite numerous assurances and attempts to resolve these issues, we are still waiting for completion almost nine months later.
    During the initial installation, three items were noted as outstanding:
    * A broken front window glass
    * An incorrectly colored sliding glass door handle
    * A missing sliding glass door screen
    We were told these items would be addressed promptly. A few days later the job was inspected by ****** who reiterated these assurances.
    In early January 2025: Left several voicemails without a return call. We eventually spoke with **** in late January. Who gave no timeline.
    January 23, 2025: ***** requested a picture of the broken window's product label via text. This was sent.
    Around February 16, 2025: **** called to schedule the installation of the door handle, but the appointment was canceled due to a snowstorm, with no attempt to reschedule.
    March 14, 2025: We texted ***** for an update and received no reply.
    April 15, 2025: Called EcoView and was told to speak with ****, but he did not return call as promised.
    April 16, 2025: Spoke with ****. He apologized but still gave no timeline.
    April 24, 2025: Spoke with **** who requested another picture of the window label, which I sent.
    May 28, 2025: Spoke with **** who promised to resolve the issues within 2.5 weeks.
    May 30, 2025: **** called informing us that a supervisor would measure the window on June 3, 2025.
    June 3, 2025: Met with ******* who inspected the window and door, but still provided no timeline for completion.
    July 21, 2025: Spoke with ****, who informed us the original window manufacturer was out of business. He stated they were attempting to source a compatible window that would match our existing windows. He gave an installation estimate of 1-2 weeks.
    We kindly request a definitive timeline for the completion of our installation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    A tentative date of September 15, 2025 has been scheduled in order to address these issues. I understand by accepting their response The case will be closed. However, should this date come and go without resolution, can a second compliant be filed?
