    There is mold and moisture when you walk in the rooms at Eagle Suites on ************ they tell you they’ll give you 30 days to get all your stuff if you move out but if you don’t get your stuff out within before they tell you the 30 days they will literally throw your stuff away and not tell you they’re racist against white people they need to refund us since me and my husband stayed there for four months

    There is no evidence supporting her claim to there being "mold and moisture" in the room.  The room that ***************** stayed in has already been resevered by a new guest and we have no received any complaints on the condition of the room.After review of the account for ****** *********** *****.

    Regarding her belongings, any personal property left at Eagle Suites after the alotted time frame is considered to be abandon property.  Eagle Suites can not store belongings beyond 30 days for any guest.

    After review of the guest folio I have determined that the guest is not due a refund.  Guest departed Eagle Suites on ************ *** on September 15, 2024 leaving a balance owed of $500.  They had a weekly rate of $300 which means that they stayed beyond a week without paying for their stay.  Guest was asked to leave due to non-payment.  Additionally, we have a no refund policy at Eagle Suites. All guests are made aware of this policy and our rules when they complete and sign the registration paperwork upon checking in.  All guests sign acknowledging that they understand and agree to adhear to our policy and rules for Eagle Suites.

    I paid 160 this week 7/2/24
    Due to me getting off work late I wasn't able to catch the office hours. 7/3/24 I called the business number and they said that ( I Can't pay until the next Day but they can let me in. I said that was reasonable and I respect that. Today is 7/4/24
    Once I got off work at 3 pm, I went to the office to pay off my remaining balance in it was closed. I wasn't informed that they would be closed. I called the business number n send a text message. I was told that I won't be able to get access to the room or pay until tomorrow 7/5/24. I don't have any where else to go. Tonight I will have to sleep in the break room at my job. I don't want to stay at this location no more. I have been stay there since December and I never did anything to deserve this treatment

    I went to Eagle suites hotel on Breckenridge Saturday May 11. Around Noon. I asked about any available rooms. As Someone else had suggested this place to me because of the pet policy. And I have cats. The clerk told me they had 1 available rooms. He informed me they were a weekly/ monthly company and explained to me the pricing. Letting me know that payment was due every Friday or you could pay for the month saving some money. I ended up
    reserving the room for a month. Understanding I paid for that sat, sun, and Monday. Although I wasn't moving in until Tuesday. Because I was told I could put in my own mattress and bed after seeing the room. But over that weekend I was offered and accepted a short term contract in another state. On Monday I stopped by to let them know what was going on asking for a refund. I informed them I would completely understand if they still charged for that week. But I wasn't going to be able to move in. I was told that they didn't know how to do a refund and asked me to come back later. When "corporate" was in. I don't know of any company that someone from corporate wasn't a phone call away. So Instead I asked them to have someone contact me. As they didn't know when someone from "corporate" would come in.

    Attempt to contact the customer was made last week with no response.  Customer had contacted the property directly this past weekend regarding their complaint.  The complaint was forwarded to corporate and email correspondence followed between corporate and the customer.  Since the customer never occupied the room we were able to refund the majority of the payment.  This complaint has been resolved and the customer was satified with the outcome.

    I have been staying at the Eagle Suites for almost three weeks. When I paid my rent for the week I was charged a late fee. Well I didn't have enough for the late fee. I paid enough to cover my full weeks rent and she sent me a message saying that if I don't pay what is now 40$ we will be asked to leave immediately and will not be able to be refunded the rest of weeks rent. When I first came here I paid on Friday but we didn't move in until Monday and they refused to credit me for the 2 days before we moved in.

    Guest departed on Friday past 11am owing a balance of $30 and left the room in an unacceptable condition, no refund is applicable.    Guest transferred from another Eagle Suites property without any additional fees being charged.  Guest stay was not extended due to violation of our guest rules regarding visitation and our pet policy.  Guest acknowledged all rules and understood that if found in violation of our rules that they would be asked to vacate and no refund would be given should it be applicable.
