    On May 20, 2025, I purchased a shed from Backyard and beyond from ********* *****. On tge day if delivery ********* called to advise that the electricians had broken the door frame and if I would agree to the delivery he would contact his father and have the door repaired. I paid $18,000.00. On July 2, 2025 I called to see when the repair would be done. I also advised the shed was painted 2 noticeably different colors. He advised that when he could spare a person the corrections/repairs would be done. On July 15 I posted an unfavorable review on their website. Immediately ****** Adamssupposedly the main owner called from ************. Again I was told they had no one available and couldn't say when it would be done. I told him if they would tell me what the main color was I would fix it myself. It is now September 7 and no arrangements have been made to repair or correct the paint. Fearing theft I had the broken door repaired. They have ads on Marketplace stating 5 star service before and after. Obviously not the case in my opinion. I have been more than patient and willing to work with them.
