  After severe storms rolled through my area over the past two months, my roof sustained enough damage to require a full replacement. I filed a claim with my insurance company, and Jagris, Inc. came highly recommended as a contractor. From the very beginning of the process, they exceeded my expectations. Thankfully, Jagris and, specifically, JT Trousdale, made this experience smooth and worry-free.
  JT was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through the entire insurance process, breaking down the complex jargon in the adjuster's report and helping me understand what to expect at each stage. There was never a moment when I felt unsure or alone in the process. Once the claim was approved, the contract between me and Jagris was clearly written, being simple, transparent, and free of the confusing fine print that is often found in home repair agreements.
  Next came the selection of shingles and options. I opted for a ridge roof upgrade, and the final result is fantastic. It not only looks great but will also help keep the house cooler. Jagris made the whole planning phase seamless. The day before installation, Jagris placed protective barriers around the house to prevent debris from causing damage and to facilitate easier cleanup. The installation crew arrived promptly at 6:30 AM. They were professional, organized, and experienced.
  The cleanup process was just as impressive as the installation itself. While it's nearly impossible to catch every single roofing nail, they did an outstanding job.
  Jagris, Inc. is a company that delivers on its promises. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers set them apart.   The service from Jagris Roofing was fantastic! Our repairman was kind and professional. He stopped by at the end of his day and took care of our repair immediately. We will contact him with any repairs in the future and recommend him whenever we are asked!

  We had an excellent experience with Jagris Inc. *********** was very responsive, addressing our concerns with a water leak that surfaced during a heavy rainstorm. Our area recently had a continuous stream of rainstorms, which resulted in a heavy, fast leak through our bathroom exhaust fan; we had to use a bucket to capture the water. ***************** arrived on the site and performed a detailed roof inspection. ***************** of Jagris Inc. determined that we not only had one source of the leak but two sources of leaks. The leaks were visible in the attic; upon further investigation, *** discovered rain was coming through an unsealed exhaust vent and a cracked joint in the direct vent pipe on our roof. *** clearly explained his findings and discussed methods to resolve the problematic leak. While the rainstorm was constant, *** applied tarp material to the impacted area but returned to fix the problem. *** showed compassion and empathy in helping us to resolve the issue. *** provided top-notch service by properly sealing the roof's exhaust vent and vent pipe. He also warranted and guaranteed the service provided. We were impressed with the follow-up call to see how the roof was doing after another round of heavy rain, which speaks volumes about his passion and skillset in the roofing industry. We are happy to report that there is no leak, and the roof is doing well.   ********************* After finding a roof leak that was about to damage our new kitchen cabinets and countertops, we called Jagris, Inc.., ***** came up to our home in ***** Country ********* and inspected the roof and determined the roof was well past its useful life (over 22 years old) and provided several options of shingles, colors, etc..., and a very fair quote, explained the process and time line once material was ordered. ***** and his team were in constant contact with my wife and I, once a date for doing the roof was setup the crew arrived promptly in the early morning and completed the old roof tear off and had the new roof installed within 5-6 hours with a good crew of six workers. The crew worked non stop and I was able to interact with them on several items. Jagris installed the non-tar (synthetic) roofing paper as well as the water and ice membrane shield in several dead valleys on our roof as well as around my chimney pipe and vent pipes and insured all exposed nails on the flashing were silconed.I recommend this roofing company to anyone, they are very good people and a very good company to work with, we are actually having Jagris do our gutters in a few days!!!

  Very responsive. Great communication. *********************** explained the insurance claim process and provided timely updates. The right material was in place a day before the work started and was completed in a timely manner.

  I would highly recommend Jagris Roofing to anyone needing a quality roofing job. They completely my **** sq. Ft roof in one day. The work was excellent. The main way I review a company is by the people that represent them. *********************** was excellent to work with. He not only represented his company well but looked out for me as a customer also, a very rare find today.
