    Cute designs and fabric patterns but CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP quality. The products are grossly overpriced. The seams are not sewn evenly. It made one of the bags I ordered have a lopsided latch/cover. Another bag had uneven space inside because of this issue. The items are poorly made. When you try to return, even if you are returning multiple items they deduct $9.99 from each item as a shipping fee when you already paid a shipping fee for the items when they arrived. My total shipping fee initially was $9.25. My total shipping fees for the returns will be $29.97. Refunds for items over 3lbs are $11.99. That is unacceptable. I could mail them back on my own for cheaper.

    Item was ordered and paid for but never delivered. Upon being contacted I was told that sometimes the **** says an item has been delivered but is still a couple of days out and that I should wait a few more days. After an additional week passed I contacted the business again and requested either the product be reshipped or that i be refunded for the money paid. I have never heard from them again.

    This order was marked as delivered by the ***** The second time the customer contacted us after our first response was during the holiday rush and our response time was slower than normal however we did respond within a week. A one star review for our small business in this situation over a **** error or theft is completely unfounded. We require 2 weeks before resending in the case of a misdelivered or lost package since most of them do actually turn ** in that timeframe.
