    Scout Pest Control has been awesome. I spoke with ****** in the office and she was very informative. With the government shutdown, it's refreshing to have a company that is willing to work with us financially so that we can also remain pest free.

    we had a problem come up that we've never dealt with before and so I was calling around and seeing what I felt was best and not just about price but that was also a huge factor. With me it's mainly how they treat their customers and how good their service is. That is worth so much and they give you a good price! I procrastinated when I definitely shouldn't have and I'm so glad they were able to come out and help and the man that came to the house was so friendly , he explained everything and what he was doing and what needed to be done. He was mindful of our autistic 4 year old son being nosy sometimes as well which, is a common thing that anyone normally would get annoyed with , so it means a lot too. After the first spray inside we see such a significant difference after the first time. I'm happy to be a customer of theirs!

    I have been with Scouts for a long time now. Reason why is because this is a great company. They have always been dependable, prompt, provide great products that work, and are very kind. Only have had a very few issues, mainly ants, and when called, they came right out, no questions asked. The barrier they put down outside works so well, that we never see any bugs inside our home. Would definitely recommend Scouts Pest. They have been wonderful!

    I had a good several years with Scout Pest Control. They treated me and my property with respect and were great with communication. The treatments on the property kept my house bug free and reduced the mosquitos in the area significantly. I would have continued my service with them but there was an opportunity to bundle with a newly acquired property that was just too hard to beat. I'll be keeping Scout in mind in the future should things change!

    **** came to do my regular pest control treatment today. He was wonderful! Very thorough, polite, and professional. He answered my questions and made sure to let me know before he left what he had done and treated. Scout always provides top notch service and is very easy to communicate with when I have questions or need to reschedule. When I call the office, they are prompt in answering and always helpful.     I never been treated before the way they did me, even the manager **** or whatever his name is i thought because hes the manager he will address my issue but no they racially profiled me and treated me bad , when i first signed up to get their service at my house they told me we will show up once a month till the mice problem is solved plus mosquitoes etc.They showed up twice in 7 months and they been charging my bank account monthly for service i didnt get, Yesterday the manager threatened me to send my contract or whatever they call it to collection agency and hanged up the call Gladly I recorded the whole conversation.This is my first time ever write a bad review to any business whatsoever, but the case this time was different i couldnt keep my mouth shut If you guys dont want to do business with people of color or immigrants say so before you take their money and keep them hanging I will keep a bad review on every social platform

    **************, thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to your review. We take customer concerns seriously. I have looked at your account to revisit what happened during your service with us. When you signed up for our service, you signed up for a quarterly service plan. All of our quarterly services include the ability to call, text, or email requesting free reservices between your regularly scheduled appointments, if you felt that an additional treatment would be beneficial to you. We did proactively set up several reservices at the start of your service to ensure we were addressing your heavy rodent infestation. As we explained to you on the phone when you cancelled, we were happy to continue doing those extra services without any extra charge, we only asked that you contact us to schedule them and give us feedback about any rodent activity you observed. We hadnt received any feedback from you on whether you were still having rodents or needing any extra appointments, which is why there were no reservices scheduled for ***** and May. Prior to that we had been out monthly, and we did perform your regular service in June as normally scheduled to take care of your home. We regularly schedule extra proactive visits to help control heavy pest problems when we observe the need, but we do also rely on your feedback since you are there and able to observe activity that we are unable to see when we're there for our visits. This way we are able to better take care of any problems you are seeing and can adjust our treatments accordingly. We would be happy to reopen your account with us and continue our relationship in ensuring your home is treated by our experienced technicians.

    The guys that come out to your home are typically awesome. Weve only had one issue with the actual treatment team. The tech was at my house for 7 minutes total, I wasnt home but was watching from security cameras. I contacted the office and the lady stated that was sufficient time to knock on the door, treat outside of my home, write an I missed you note, and leave the property. My husband spoke with a different tech about the situation and he confirmed it shouldve took at least 20 minutes. Now as far as customer service, I have few good words. *** asked repeatedly to be put on a Saturday schedule to treat our home due to our work schedules. It has taken nearly 4 months for that to happen. When speaking to customer service they are friendly but have to be asked repeatedly to have changes made. After our contract is up, I will be looking for a different pest control company because of the poor customer service weve received.

As we discussed on the phone, that visit where the tech was there for a short time was a follow up to a previous service to treat the backyard since we were unable to get it the first visit. We have made corrections to address your concern on making sure that gets explained better when we are doing partial follow up visits to finish a previous service. Thanks again for your business!
