      Very poor quality filters, do not recommend buying from this company.Purchased a years worth of various sizes of filters for my home. When I received them, found numerous issues. Pleats were squished together or flattened out, causing an uneven distribution of filtering ability. There were even several filters where the construction was so poor, that the filter material did not cover the whole filter itself, leaving gaps along the side where air would flow around instead of through the ************** the company, let them know of the issue, sent numerous photos, and asked to return the filters. The company responded, and asked for more photos which I complied with. The company then again asked for more photos, and made it clear they would only replace only the ones they determined were not good.Having enough of the back and forth, disputed the purchase with my credit card company, along with all the documentation I had provided Filterbuy. The case was quickly decided in my favor, and I received a full ********* not recommend buying from this company.

      Good morning, I was able to look into the notes of your account. Your summary above is correct in regard to quality. We received photos of damaged filters. I see the account was escalated to a manager and was noted agent error - refund or replacement should have been issued immediately. Because you opened a credit card dispute, we were unable to refund however it was Filterbuy that agreed to refund via the dispute, we did not submit any case notes or dispute the claim. We apologize for the experience you encountered and have since met with the agent to coach them on proper protocol.

      I received a damaged $55 filter and they refused to accept a return. This is not Amazon or ****** , buy your filters somewhere else.Cannot believe that I cannot return a damaged product.Buyer beware with these people.

I have a feeling there was an error here on the agent part. The agent you interacted with is extremely new and I looked into the notes on the case. If you received a damaged product, while we won't ask for you to send it back, she should have issued a replacement or a refund. I see you also cancelled your subscription due to this. I would like to make this right and regain your confidence in us. I apologize for any misinformation and inconvenience, but I am happy you brought this to our attention so may have an opportunity to correct this and coach the agent.

      I ordered the wrong size and the **************** Agent listed 4 reasons why I should NOT return the items I purchased. The agent made it seem very difficult to even return and said I would have to pay for shipping back, which is fine. Then, she said there is no guarantee they will even take it back, which is a weird thing to say. Her reply to me was "we offered you an exchange, but you declined, so it's on you." Wow, don't shop here.

      Hi *******, thank you for bringing this interaction to our attention. We were able to retrieve the emails between you and the agent and while there is some embellishment above (the agent was trying to assist with an exchange and help you find the proper fit initially) She also outlined the steps for a return. At no point did she state there is no guarantee we would take it back. She stated we need a tracking number and to inspect upon return. I do agree the tone of her last email is not within the Filterbuy standards of customer service and we have met with the agent to coach her on future interactions. We do train our agents to assist clients who may have purchased the wrong size to assist with an exchange of the proper size however if you choose to return for a refund we are also happy to assist with that transaction. Im sorry we did not have an opportunity to get you a proper sized filter and we thank you for your feedback.

      The FilterBuy air filters I received are incorrectly labeled. I received 6 air filters that did not match the size on the filters. When I requested an exchange, the customer service representative tried to give me 4 filters in place of the 6 filters I ordered and told me the cost of shipping would be deducted from my refund for the return of the 6 filters that are incorrectly sized. I've asked to speak with the **************** Manager and have yet to receive the manager's contact information or a call or email from the manager. Horrible service. Terrible organization.

      Tamron, I was able to look into the notes and calls on your account. You ordered our 16x25x4M11, which we sent correctly. All of our products are listed with the actual as well as nominal sizing clearly in the description. We understand this was not a good fit for you and our agent was able to assist and see you needed the 16x25x5 which actual sizing was a better match. We offered to exchange those for you however they are a higher priced filter so we would have been able to offer 4 not 6 as you ordered to keep the pricing the same. We have a recorded call of Manager ******* C calling you on 3/3/25 and she also discussed that we could send the 6 proper sized filters at a Merv 8 (which would be equal value) and you declined that offer and requested a refund. Filterbuy sent the correct products therefore if you would like to return for a refund, the cost of return shipping would be yours. You opted to use your own carrier rather than a discounted label from Filterbuy so we are currently awaiting that tracking information to issue a refund for you.

      I'm staying clear of this company going forward. Not surprised they are not BBB rated. Very poor customer service. Sent the wrong size air filters (the box label was correct) which we ordered well in advance so we'd have them for the ********** guys. Tried to exchange for the correct size. They said their policy wouldn't permit it due to timing (per their policy--which I challenge anyone to find on their web-site). I explained it was their error. They didn't care. Fool me once...

      Every year for three years I had a yearly supply of filters (4) delivered automatically to have for the entire year. EVERY single time the package was demolished. This is from a shipping point less than 350 miles away from me. I finally cancelled the subscription after three years and 6 shipments hoping that I would get enough salvageable filters to complete my order. Spend the extra cash and go elsewhere.

We do apologize for this odd and terrible inconvenience. We cannot control how our products are handled with the shipment carrier but we can control our packaging and that is why Filterbuy is refreshing our packaging to a much sturdier shipping box for 2025. We hope you give us another chance in the future and we appreciate your past business!

      SIZES NOT AS STATED.Atrocious service. I ordered filters in the correct size, but when they arrived I found that they were smaller than standard. I was told by a customer service *** that because the size printed on the product is what I ordered, it was fulfilled correctly so I would need to come out of pocket for a return. She also stated that other customers have had the same issue, so this is not an isolated problem. I asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager, which I was promised, but have never heard back and never received the return shipping label. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

      Filterbuy initially sent the wrong MERV rating (13 when I ordered an 11). At first I thought, Okay, that doesnt make me too confident but at least they actually sent me a nicer product than I ordered.However, after going through several filters, I noticed many of them had gaps in the corners and werent completely closed. After reaching out to filterbuy, they stated that since this order was too old they couldnt do anything to return or replace these filters. This is a cheap company selling a poor quality product. ***** from customer service could do nothing to right this situation, and I will say you should carefully inspect all the filters upon arrival if you do care to give them your business. Personally, going forward I no longer trust them or their MERV ratings, and Ill spring a little extra for 3M.

      Good morning Mr. ********* I was able to look up the details of your order. You placed an order in early January 2024. On 1/9/24 you let us know you received Merv 13, which was our mistake. We issued you a free return label, but you refused to go to drop it off. There was no mention of damage to the filters as we received photos from you. We then scheduled a pick up for you on 1/11/24 which was not completed. We sent a follow up in April because your label had expired. We have a 90-day return/refund policy. There was no response as of 4/26/24. You then emailed in on 11/29/24 stating the filters had holes in them. Unfortunately, we had attempted to work with you on that exchange however November of 2024 is far out of the return limit.

      I won a contest that was supposed to be a $1000 travel voucher.They took my personal info to give to the *** and never heard back from them. I double and triple checked first to make sure it was filterbuy I gave the info to but. Now I need to find a new filter store.

      Bait and switch on the product pricing. Offered one price in my cart and when I completed the transaction, I was charged a higher price. I reached out to customer service 3 different times both online and on the phone. I was told the issue would be researched with a supervisor and no one ever followed up with me or provide a credit of the incorrectly charged amount. Feels pretty sleezy.

You did not sign up for auto shipment, it was a single purchase therefore the 10% off does not apply to your order.
