May 4, 2023, I had an appointment and dropped of my travel trailer with White Sands RV for a couple minor repairs. I agreed to the ****** premium inspection pkg since I'm a nurse and I use my **** to work in rural underserved areas, and I was scheduled to take it to a very remote area of ******** had not used it in 3 months. They explained to me that this pkg would inspect and maintain multiple systems on the **** including the plumbing, Fridge, HWH, LP, tires etc... I picked up 2wks later. Was told that my furnace was not working but they "did not have time to get the part to fix it but I can just bring it back, it'll only take a couple days to get it". They had it two wks. I get home and realize that all 4 tires needed *****# of air. I got to my destination on 5/26-found that fridge wasn't working. Getting no power. It was very difficult to get a tech. in my remote wk area. I noted that the drain hose was actually INSIDE the fridge compartment outside the **** This is VERY WRONG. I also quickly noted that my HWH was, at best, ***** warm" for a min or two. My 3rd burner on stove-not working. I called that day and spoke w/ ***** re; my concerns and was told that I would get a call back-I never got a call from ANYONE. Next day Memeorial day W.E. started. I finally was able to get a tech out to my **** who got my fridge working, it was getting no power. Tech also was able to look at my furnace and was beside himself, and has taken pics, bc he showed me wires that had been cut, & the duct work wasn't even connected. it was such a mess that had to take the furnace unit with him and is now working on it. Pressed for time he Was unable to look at HWH, so I still have room temp water. I have NEVER had ANY problems with my FURNACE, FRIDGE, OR HWH until I left my unit with White Sands. I have made 3 calls and the manager will not speak with me. I PAID THEM ******* total. & I STILL have to pay "someone" to actually FIX these issues that I KNOW WHITE SANDS RV CAUSED.
