    Ive been dealing with her since January 2, 2025. She doesnt communicate well or in a timely manner, made my daughter and me feel awkwardly uncomfortable during the session, and lacked professionalism. She took a total of ****** from me. She made excuse after excuse. I told her I would take whatever the $275 got me because we were unhappy with the images. She said she wanted to talk about it but was never available. The images were over-edited and posed my daughter in unpleasant positions. My daughter and I called her, and she didnt answer. We texted her, and were told not to text. As a matter of fact, she only wanted to communicate through email. She said she would refund the money, and nothing. She doesnt have a business license, and apparently, no one in the city cares that this is going on in their city. I contacted the city hall, chamber, and Im guessing the tourism board, which she is a board member of. A huge red flag was when I had to reach out the day before the shoot, wanting to know the time and location. There was no guidance or anything. Her response was sharing a sad personal story she dealt with the past week, being sick, and sending me a contract to sign, which she never signed and returned to me. After she made me aware she shared the images of my daughter with half of ******* and ******** counties Also, the gallery has been taken down and Ive been blocked. We just wanted her to make it right. I guess she cant take criticism. For the supporting documents she should have all them.

    5-1-2025 *** ********************** ********************** called BBB to discuss your complaint.  *** ********************** was surprised to get the BBB complaint since you told her in an email last week that you were dropping the matter.  *** ********************** said she mailed you a refund check but it has not cleared her bank at this time. 

    If you did receive the check, BBB advised you go ahead and cash it and conclude your relationship with *** **********************.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me. I never said the matter was dropped and supplied my address for her to mail a check. No check has been received. I will be more than happy to meet in a public place with each of us having a representative present to receive my refund or she may mail by certified mail. She has plenty of documents with my address on there.

    Yes, I also stated in the email, but Im sure it was overlooked that I did send a refund by mailtwice. The second time was last week since it had not cleared the bank on my end. I assumed she had changed her mind based on her last email saying she was just going to drop it, but when she reached out to the city of **********, I decided to send it again and cancel the previous check. 
    I have so many emails of threats and angry tones from her with more proof of me following through everything on my end if needed.

    Im mentally and physically exhausted dealing with her and her false attempts to make things right. This has been ongoing since mid February. I obviously got her attention when I rated her on social media. After this BBB case was closed 6/13.  Her friends and family verbally attacked me for telling my side of the story. I was just stating the truth and shook up **************. Anyone in business knows you send important documents certified and I also offered to drive to ********** and both of us have representation (mine being my attorney) to pick up the check. Lets be honest here, she never mailed two checks and both got lost in the mail. Im not an idiot. Her solution now is what I stated from the beginning- just give me what I paid for. Ms. ********************** was the one that didnt want to speak on the phone or by text- just through email and I had to make an appointment for that. Im sorry I work full time and my daughter is a student and works as well. I actually wanted Ms ********************** to hear it from my daughter and not from me who she thought was just upset about terrible images. She offered the refund as a good gesture on her part. Ha! If she can live with lying and cheating thats fine. I do not ever want to see, hear, or be associated with her or that business again. I will continue to share my experience with others as needed. I do not want any of those horrible images or a credit at that. She obviously needs the money more than I do. Long story short, Im finished with the liar and thief and moving forward.
