      No problems getting through on the phone when I was starting out as a new patient. Went in January 2023 to have upper teeth pulled for top denture and partial on bottom. Left with a temporary denture on top, gums bleeding quite a bit. Was told to come back to get permanent denture but no appointment was made. I have been trying to get partial and perm dentures since January of 2023. They never answer the phone and never return calls. They had no problem collecting 4200 before any services provided. I want my teeth or I want a refund minus the cost of the extractions. Which is $2700 for top plate and partial. They have no compassion or empathy. Healthy mouth healthy body

      My first visit to Dixie Dental was 8/24/23. Their estimate of services was $2,550 to save my remaining teeth. I wanted dentures. On 9/14/23, I returned, asked why they didnt listen to my request for dentures: my teeth were in excellent shape and should be saved. I didnt want to spend $2,550 for a temporary bandaid. When I left their office, I had signed paperwork to save my teeth. I paid them $1312.50 for X-rays, one extraction, top and lower partials. I never got a copy of the paperwork I had signed. Over the next month I heard nothing from them, called, left voicemails, no reply. Late October, I called and was told their Lab was behind, give them another three weeks. November, December and January, I called many times, leaving voicemail messages, no response from them. January 30, 2024, my wife went to Dixie Dental. The office manager quickly informed her that they did NOT do refunds, that they had changed their phone system, and that they were never able to get ahold of us. My wife asked why they didnt send us an email or a letter and she said they dont do that. She informed my wife that it was my responsibility to call and make an appointment to have the tooth extracted in late September 2023, and another appointment for fitting upper and lower partials. My wife asked when the partials were received in their office: October 19, 2023. My wife became very upset, the office manager said she couldnt give her any further information because my wife was NOT the patient. My wife left their office with no resolution. I dont trust Dixie Dental to do anything. I want my money back so I can find a reputable company.

      On 1/30/2024 Offer wife an appointment for the seating of partial, she didn't make appointment. 

      3/11/2024 Called and left message for patient to come in to have partial seated.

      Patient can give us a call to get partial seated. It is ready for pickup.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      As explained in our original complaint- Dixie Dental made no attempts to contact us for months and we paid them $1312 which they have kept the entire time and the ONLY thing they actually did was take **rays. They repeatedly said everything was our fault when my wife visited their office in person on January 29th. Their behavior is certainly no way to conduct business nor treat senior citizens. We do not trust them because they have been untruthful and unfair in their dealings with us. All we want is a refund of the difference- subtract the cost of the **rays and give us our money back.

      *********************** received services costing **** dollars and was paid in full up front august 28th. Insurance was filed in september and our reimbursement was also sent to dixie dental and we are yet to receive payment. The staff is rude and do not know their job

      They have been working on my implants for 1 1/2 years. They do not return phone calls unless you are a new patient. I have been having issues with my implants and plates. My lower plate is now coming apart again. I left several messages for them to call, I had to take a day off to walk in and they tell me it is over a month before they can get me in to fix them. They are still not done with my original work. They took my $10,000 dollars in a day but to finish them and to correct any issues it is taking over 1 1/2 years and still not projected to be done in over 2 years. I simply want to get in and have what I paid for completed correctly.

      On August 22nd 2022 I went to Dixie Dental and paid $7,225.00 for 6 upper implants and extraction of teeth. I paid another $135.00 for nitrous oxide and $200.00 for sedation. When the dentist walked in he took the nitrous oxide off. Teeth were extracted and 6 implants put in. I was given a temporary denture that was crooked and I could not wear it. Come back in 6 months When six months was up I went back to get post put in implants. The dentist told the young lady assisting him that the two front implants were in crooked and would have to come out. They made a set of upper dentures and tried to fit them in with the crooked post and these dentures stuck out like a mules teeth. I had the dentist look at them again and he took the post out of my two front implants and made my teeth without them and now they rock. my complaint is that I paid ******** for two implants that I can't use. I spoke with the manager last trip there and she instructed me to speak with the dentist about it. Well I never saw the dentist he sent an assistant in to give me my teeth.

      Spoke with patient today and explained about the implants and they were still in place. Patient made an appointment to come in to see the Dentist on Thursday. Patient seemed to be satisfied with coming in  to resolve any questions and problems he may have.

      I was scheduled to have extractions and dentures put in in early March. I was in a very bad car accident two days before. I called them and explained what had happened and that I no longer have the money to get my teeth done. They have only answered the phone once. I paid an almost thousand dollar down payment and theyre refusing to call me back or anything. They cant just keep my money. Im a single widowed mom trying to survive in this world and feed my children. I need my money back.

      I was involved in a 18 wheeler accident causing me to loose my teeth. my complaint is against an employee who I feel is discriminate against me. Her name is **** *******. the sign in the office says that they will help you with with records for insurance purposes. I paid almost ********* out of pockets for a full mouth implant. the insurance company want to reimburse me part of the money. they called they have written letter. I even had her talk with them on my cell phone in the office . **** ******* gave her this email address ***********@affordablecare.com and the insurance has been reaching out since May 9th 2022 and has yet to receive my dental record so that I can get some of my money back from the insurance company. Ms. ******* is extremely rude to me anytime I try and get her to send this information . Ms. ******* was rude to the adjuster when they spoke on my cell phone because this was the only way to reach her. This is so stressful for me I am already dealing with so much from the accident that I was in which by the way was not my fault another 18 wheeler pulled out in front of me. I have lost so much and if left up to Ms. ******* who works for Dixie Dental **** **** *** *** ******* **** Al ***** ************ I will loose even more.

      I have sent the information requested by patient to his insurance company several times. They have stated that they have received the information but not the correct dates. The information I sent them included all visits, procedures and payments for this patients from 2018 thru 2022. I have spoken when the patient and seemed to understand. I have mailed all information again, highlighing all of the requested dates. I have also sent a copy to the patient. At this time I feel the patient seemed satisfied about the handling of this matter.

      Dixie Dental made my first set dentures I the bottom one hasnt fit right since I got them but I just kept them because I. Knew in a couple of months I would get my permanent ones. Ive called I couldnt tell you how many times left my name & number so I could schedule my appointment the first part of August. Havent heard a word back from ******** leave almost to *********** or Id ride over there. I dont like to complain but I left one place because they couldnt get them right & went to them. But now that I cant get in touch with them its aggravating.And they say call if you have any problems.

      The patient came into our office on August 11, 2022 for her appointment. We did impressions and she had a wax try in . She approved the looks and appearance of the dentures. She returned on              August 18, 2022 and received her permanent set of dentures. Patient seemed to be satisfied.

      I paid for removal of all my teeth and a full plate on top and parcel on the bottom. It's been 7 days today and I have no top plate . They ask me to return in 3 week s to replace the top plate and said I d be ok not wearing a top plate at all for 3 week s . I planned this surgery around my family and holiday and it's day 8 now. . I've called them unlimited times Fri and Left voice mail and started calling at 8 am this morning and even have my mother as well calling leaving voicemail today . So between us both 14 to 17 voice mail today . Not one call back to us today or Friday. . I m in terrible pain. Unbelievable I have a piece a big piece of my tooth hanging out of my gum . K9 tooth . That isn't supposed to be there. Cause my face to swell and my eyes are getting dark the pain alone is unbelievable and now on my left side there's a piece of tooth hanging out unfortunately the right side my old k9 is unbelievable pain . I can not get them to call me back. I'm still sitting here with no top plate. I decided to use Dixie dental for that one reason all in one day. Unfortunately wanted me to return in 3: week for my top plate. I paid in full for the best dentures and 7; year . And got the best they had it was almost 5000. .closer to 5 x then 4 thousand. I paid in full right after I was. Bitting and molding. Full payment for everything. As they tell u to come back in hour or two I paid full as I walked out the door to the waiting room. I got the best they had. Believe that I was going to be a patient and I would be taken care of through this experience and I'm in more pain now due to hanging out of my gum face swollen and no one has returned my call in 2 full business days . I'm not going to wait 2more week for my appointment to get my top plate to have this issue taking care of. I'm very much in pain and live in fort Walton fl . So my drive is little long as I never thought this would happen. I'm so. Disappointed and hope I get to see Mr William t Fergus asap

      I went to Dixie Dental, on Dec 13 to have one tooth implant, I have had one before so I knew what to expect when the young lady was putting the towel on me and the nitro oxide that I requested and paid for, the Dr. ********* came did not numb the gum, just put the needle straight in, very painful, in after about 30 seconds took my oxide away, said the hose was in his way, while he was cutting my gums, he was lean in on me, I have never had a dr do that before instead of standing his distance and only the hand moving over to my mouth. no one suction the blood going in my throat, I was is super pain for weeks. after receiving a call on April 5, 2022, stating my appointment on Memorial Day, has to be moved because they are going to be closed, they could move me to the next day. Which did not work for me, I started calling on April 6 and for three days including the 7th and 8th. I made 13 calls and left 6 messages. Never got one single call back. On Monday April the 11th, I had a couple dr appointments, I called and a person answered but the only words spoken was hold. After about 10 mins, I hung up. Dr was coming in the room. After appointment I called again as I waiting at my 2nd appointment a women answered, I explain who I was and the reason for my call, she told me to hold , at that moment my dr came in, Then when I tried to call back, it was going straight to voice mail Drove all the way to the office to see a lady sitting and doing nothing when I saw her. I explained I I had called and I had called 3 days last week and 6 messages, I went a hour out of my way to go to the office, the lady was very rude kept talking over me and kept getting louder, so I got loud thinking the old women was hard of hearing, when a much older women came over and scream get out or I will call the cops, at that time Dr, Fergus came up, and repeated what she said, I said the give me my money back, they only gave me **** on my account, I paid $****.,

      Patient came in to our office on 12/13/21 . She received exam and xray for $***, Nitrous Oxide for $*** and a full size root form implant for $****. Patient paid ****.00 which included  a prepay for her Implant supported crown for $****. Patient chose not to continue with work at our office and requested a refund. We refunded her the $**** for her crown on 04/11/22. Patient is does not qualify for a refund on services already received.

      I am rejecting this response because: I didn't not receive nitrous oxide, As I already stated when the man who calls himself a dentist came in. he removed the tube from my nose were I could not get the nitrous oxide  I paid for. I did not say I  wanted to finish elsewhere,. Fergus came to the defense of his two lairs that  he has working the desk, and told me if I didn't get out, he was calling the cops, because I dare ask them why they are not answering the phones or returning message, as you can see from previous customer on here and google review this is a on going problem, my personal dentist needed the numbers to the implants part  that was put in ,side way ,in my gum, and Dixie Dental did not pick up the phone, or return his call either, I had to make another trip to spanish fort from mobile, again because they did not answer the phone, the man didn't not numb the gum before sticking his needle in, nor did he have anyone suctioning the blood out he was making, causing me to start choking on my own blood, which a normal dentist would have had suctioned this is my second implant, I do how it is suppose to work. Fergus did not come to the front to find out what was going on ,his office staff especially the older one, which whom he stand with, ( which is why I question is it his mother, the way he defended her. I never screamed, curse nor threaten anyone, and 2 other people waiting the waiting room had the same problem the man next to me said he never got thru either, and a lady in the back said she called 27 times back to back and got no answer, Fergus which I will not call a dr, because a doctor is professional, and care about the patients and train his staff to be professional  as well, he knows his staff does not answer or return calls, and when he kicked me out of his office for asking a question, his staff lies about, I told him then give me my money back, he said I will get it and then you leave, I never said just for the work not done, for the hell I have been thru and 2 unnecessary trips because his staff does not answer the phone or return calls, its a one each way from my house, I should be reimbursed for my time and aggravation, that has been caused by the company., and having a inadequate dr that caused me unnecessary pain physical and make the visit very uncomfortable by not given me the nitrous oxide gas I paid for..
