    REDSTONE FCU - *********** *********** has accessed and/or reported information on my consumer credit file without my written consent, in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S. Code 1681b, which outlines the permissible purposes for using consumer reports.I did not authorize or ***** permission for this company to report or access my credit file. This action is unauthorized, may be considered fraudulent activity, and constitutes a violation of my federal rights as a consumer.

    Upon receipt of the BBB consumer complaint, the account referenced was researched in accordance with our guidelines. The Fair Credit Reporting Act is a federal law enacted to promote the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of consumer information contained in the files of consumer reporting agencies. As such, we are required to report accurate information relating to consumerscredit history. 

    The account in question was researched and is reporting accurately to the credit bureaus. As part of the credit dispute notification process, you will receive written confirmation of the research results. Written notification will be sent to your address on file with our institution.
