I, ****** ****, purchased a 2020 Toyota ******* on **********. I drove the car for about 2 weeks. On Tuesday I drove to work went to a friends, got home at 5:30pm. The next morning on Wednesday at 5:28am I went to go to work the car didn't start. I had to find a way to work because I couldn't get it working, got off at 2pm went directly to the car to unplug battery like Bratton told me for 10 minuets. I plug it back the car still didn't start so I had it towed back to Bratton who told me it sounded like a bad battery once I and the car arrived at Bratton they looked at it I was then told it was the fuel pump. Well they fixed the fuel pump. I was told by Danny only that Thursday evening around lunch time I received a call stating I needed to come out there my car was vandalized and would need to make a police report. The part is $1575 to fix my insurance wouldn't cover because they said the car hadn't been vandalized. Bratton wants me to fix car and make payments I don't feel is right I was also told by them "I don't know what enemy you have."

We, as the dealer have been diligently working to help Ms. **** in everyway possible. After having the vehicle for two weeks, Ms. **** reached out and said the vehicle would not start. Since the vehicle had been running perfect and was checked out by a mechanic prior to the sale with a clean bill of health, it was immediately thought that maybe it was something simple. The vehicle was towed to us. Our mechanic came to the dealership and realized that it had seemed that the *** had been tampered with. We advised Ms. **** that she may want to file an insurance claim and vehicle was sent to local mechanic shop. Insurance was not willing to cover the damages to the vehicle. We then reached out to the shop and advised them that we would allow Ms. **** to use our discounted shop rate to assist with the repair bill. Customer has since paid her portion the bill and is back in the vehicle.
