    This is not a complex I would recommend to anyone. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear every footstep of neighbors if you are on the first or second floor, and parking is horrendous. There is never enough parking for residents and there have been so many times where I had to park far from my building to find a spot. Also my car was swiped, most likely by a guest visiting the complex and there wasn’t anything done because the “security camera” they have is ONLY for the front office.
    Management is ok at best. There is rarely anyone in the office so it is hard to get your packages. Also moving out was a hassle because I didn’t not receive a move out list because again no one is rarely in the office. Once I did move out I expected my security deposit within 30 days well it took 90 days. Once I received my deposit I was shocked to learn that they take the MAJORITY of the deposit for “cleaning” which is crazy considering when I got the apartment it was covered in animal hair. I did leave the apartment clean and have pictures and videos but taking $400 out of $500 for cleaning is unjustifiable. I urge anyone please DO NOT live here find another place to rent.
