    In October of 2020 I made a purchase at *****'s in lima ,Oh. for some vinyl plank flooring . It is advertised with a warranty and was not cheap. I had the flooring installed and after about 9 months the planks began to slide apart. Over time the gaps became bigger so finally i contacted ****** and they put me in touch with the warranty group to file a claim I started the claim with flooring one source they said they needed to send out a inspector I provided all documentation for purchase of flooring to ****** and ****************************when the inspector contacted me I told him my availability was after 3 to meet him .he scheduled the appointment for a 1 to 5 window. Sent a confirmation that inspection would be between 3 aand 330 the inspector showed up talked to my minor child and did inspection while I was not at home. he asked me what time was I available and I told him I don't get off work until 3 when I pulled up at home home he was pulling out of my driveway it only takes 10 mins to get home and he had already completed the inspection I tried to call him and he would not answer and did not return my phone call. I reached out to ****** multiple times by phone and email and never got a return call finally he emailed me saying it was install issue and not a warranty the inspection say no relief at back door the planks have completely move and have to be kicked back in place at time because they are broken he didn't remove trim stip in entry way to even see if it was a gap there . Other than that he took info from a child I wanted to be present for this exact reason. I have pictures of guy installing the flooring and he used spacers to keep flooring from moving during installation so for the inspector to say it was incorrectly installed is not true and he definitely has to be on the payroll . *****'s dosent even sale the flooring anymore and I have a large area covered with this flooring will have to redo both room because can't even get it anymore
