            First I would like to say the day we bought our Hisun Side by Side, the people at this place was great. After the purchase, our side by side tore up three times within a year. It took them forever to fix the side by side and customer service was horrible. I was told numerous times that someone would call me to let me know what was wrong with our side by side and they never called me to inform me of this information. We would always have to call them to find out answers. The last time our side by side tore up I called to speak with the owner of Southern Offroads and within being on the phone with him less than a minute he hung up on me. That is not how you should treat a customer. Yes I was upset but who wouldn't be buying a brand new side by side for it to stay tore up. I would not recommend buying any type of vehicle from this business. I also would not recommend a Hisun brand.

            ************** purchased a HiSun side by side unit from Southern Off Road May 12, 2020. His unit was bought in for repairs under warranty on two occasions. The repairs were made as parts were available due to COVID. Although the Customer was given a free service value of $190 because of the time it took to get parts, although that was out of our control. Customer contacted us with a repair issue 5/24/2021. He was notified his unit was still under warranty and to bring in the unit. Customer asked us to purchase the unit back. We expressed that we were unable to purchase the unit back but would get with HiSun to see about getting him an extended warranty.
            Customer's wife contacted us later that day. We repeated what was told to her husband, that we would be glad to repair the unit under warranty. At the point she threatened to get an attorney. She was told to have her attorney to contact and the call was ended.
            We will be glad to repair the unit as long as HiSun says it is a warrantable repair.
