    If I could leave no stars, I would. Dilworth construction is a contractor of ************ and was hired to grade and sod the lawn at our new home. After it became evident this past spring that the sod was bad and the grading was wrong, ***** (the owner) was contacted over the course of 5 months to correct the issues. After 5 months, he had his men grade a 20ftx5ft section of our yard to fix the issue. Our entire back yard floods. He refuses to fix his work. I would not recommend him to any home builder or home owner.

    As the owner of Dilworth Construction I take pride in my work. This being said I can only do what the builder request me to do and in this case your yard was looked at by not only myself but another landscaper who gave the same conclusion that I submitted. I would appreciate the correct information being submitted instead of the conclusion you want. The water does acuminated in the yard in a swell, but drains rapidly when it stop raining. This is because the back yard is 2.5 foot + higher than the patio The home owner purchased this lot with it being higher and that is why a swell is necessary for drainage. Landscaping or sod does not correct a issue such as this.
