    I applied for one of your apartments to be placed on your waiting list. I been calling for several months and never no answer. So I finally go into the office this year, she informed me that I was never placed on the waitlist and that they had someone pretending to impersonate a worker last year. So someone took my application and my me and my kids birth certificate and nothing never happened so I want to know who took my application and me and my kids have been homeless due to this. The lady at the desk stated she was going to call me and she never did. I would like a solution for someone taking my information and never putting me into the system.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your assistance in handling the recent matter with Foshee Residential . Your prompt and effective intervention has been invaluable, and I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism your team has shown throughout this process.

    Despite moving out after experiencing retaliation from the company, I am still facing issues that I believe amount to bullying. The credit agency contacted the company before I reached out to the BBB, and the company's actions since then have only exacerbated the situation.

    I kindly request that you continue to monitor this case and ensure that the company ceases any further harassment or unfair treatment. Your support has been crucial, and I am hopeful that with your continued involvement, this matter can be resolved completely.

    I have been calling for over a month in regards to a rat that came in my apartment through and unsecured dryer vent from outside. The rent office took my information and after a month of waiting sent the pest control people to the wrong house stating they made a mistake and out the wrong apartment. Now I am stuck waiting another month for pest control and in the mean time this mouse has started putting holes in my kitchen floor. The rent office careless attitude and neglect to make sure residents housing is comfortable and safe is unheard of. When you go to the office with and issue its never resolved and makes you feel unappreciated especially after the rent went up in the last year. I want a resolution as far as having pest control return immediately and the items that have been broken in my apartment for over 2 months to be fixed as well.

    Hi, my name is ***** ****** I have been living at ************ at ***************** by ***** Residential since June 2 2024. For the last 4 to 5 months of living here has been very frustrating. Everything that I have complained about is still not working in my apartment. I have put in several orders for this stuff to be fixed. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and I havent been able to use my second master bathroom since I have moved in. The rental office continues to tell me that it not a major issue because I have 2 rest room and can use the other one. I pay for a 3bed2bath and Im expecting everything to work properly. My A/C has been out for at least a 2 months of just living here and they keep coming out but never fixing it properly. Half of the ceiling fan in the room are working properly so it extremely hot without A/C. Then they come out and tell us to run the air conditioner to keep cool and it causes my light bill is over $300 on top of us already paying them $1256 on time every month and not having half of this apartment working. Tub or toilet is not working in master bathroom both have been down since move in date. Also since move in I have been having to run my dryer multiple times just because the dust vent in the laundry room is clogged up. No one has came to check it out. Starting on September 11 water has been filling up in the guest restroom sink and will not stay down no one has came to look at it. Refrigerator went out a week after that and all my food in the refrigerator went bad because the temp is not where it supposed to be. No one has came and look at it. It very frustrating to be paying rent on time every month to not be living in a unhealthy environment. If something can be done about this I would really appreciate it. Thanks

    On June 24th, I went to the office at **************** in **********, AL to discuss having to break my lease on an apartment. The manager informed me that I would just need to be out of the apartment by July 1st and turn in a notice with the keys. I did as instructed and was prepared to pay for 2 months of rent for breaking my lease. Manager refused to break the lease even though I am not living in the apartment. I just want to have my name and my husband's name taken off the lease as we were told would happen.

    I live in a property managed by Foshee Management I accessed the maintenance emergency number three days ago to state my fridge had went out and for three days Ive been told its been ordered and for three days my kids and I have been without a fridge! Not to mention the amount of food that was ruined from the fridge that stopped working that could have been prevented if the work order that I put in the previous week about the fridge had been addressed! Countless calls to the onsite landlord/maintainance and even calling Foshee corporate office just to get no answer, currently going on day four without a fridge! The reason its almost an affordable place to live is because its one of the worst places to live EVER??

    I have lived in Park at ************* (owned by Foshee) for 4 years. When my upstairs neighbors' use their garbage disposal, the water and food backs up into mine. In my guest bathroom, the toilet has been a constant problem, even after replacing it. When the upstairs neighbors shower, water comes leaking from my ceiling. I put in a work order for that and instead of the problem being fixed, they literally just painted over it. Dealing with the staff has been hard too. ********************* is pleasant; *********************** was nice at first however his attitude has since changed. Shockingly, the property manager, *************************** is the worst. I can honestly say that she has to be the most unprofessional manager I've encountered. ALL 4 times i've spoken with her have been horrible. Her tone and demeanor is extremely rude & I just literally cannot believe that she is a manager. Last year, when explaining how I was unhappy with my repairs not getting done, she recommended that I just move out if im sounhappy. *********************** in a separate encounter recommended the same thing. It blows my mind that staff members would even say such a thing considering that if everyone did their jobs, I wouldn'thave to be unhappy. I recommend that extensive customer service training be provided for ************** as she's supposed to be the best representation of the company. I can provide the audio from our phone encounters to further prove my claims of her terrible attitude. Foshee took over the property in December of 2023. I have been constantly reaching out to them since January of 2024 to hopefully solve some of these problems, however, they have been of NO help at all. It takes a miracle for someone to answer their phone and even then they only transfer me so I can leave a voicemail for the regional manager ******************* who NEVER responds. Even the issues I named today are only SOME of which I'm experiencing. I want to explore all my legal options in hopes of some of these matters being resolved.
