    Description of Complaint:
    Hello, I paid for an order about 5 months ago and have email correspondences with the business. They initially told me that I would get a store credit I told them I didn’t want one due to the manner in which they handled business so they agreed to a refund in the original form of payment. Still nothing. To this day it has been over 5 months and when I contact them they never reply. I contacted them via social media and they blocked me and still no refund. I would just like my money back. Now they’ve changed their business name and are still doing this to people. I would like my money back and I would like it to be known that they do not know how to conduct business. I have attached correspondences between myself and the company. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND ITS SAD.

    SCAM! I ordered shoes in July 2022 and it’s October 2022 and I still haven’t received and shoes, updates, or responses. I’ve emailed over 10 times, DMed over 10 times, and when I politely commented my concern on their Instagram account they DELETED my comment. They will not respond to anything, they took my money and ran. Not to mention, they have almost 40k followers on Instagram but their posts only get up to 500 likes and NO comments. They buy followers to look legit but they are a complete scam.
