In April 2021, a few electrical outlets went out and I called Trustworthy Electric for service. The young man( I believe his name is Joshua and the owner son) came out and gave a diagnosis that the electrical panel needed to be replaced. We have an old house and I knew that the panel would need to be replaced at some point. He gave us a price of $****. He showed up on April 7, 2021 promptly at 8:00 AM. There advertisement on their vehicles guarantees same day completion of the work or it's free which also turned out not to be completely accurate. Upon completing the installation of the panel, the plugs that I called them out for were STILL not working along with a few more. Joshua came in and did some test on the plugs and said they needed to be changed. By this time it was almost 6:00 PM and he said would come back first thing the next morning and repair. He comes back and did whatever he did to the plug after I questioned him about how is it that you changed the WHOLE electrical panel and the problem I called you out for is still a probable except now I have a $**** debt. He goes on to explain that I will probable need to get all of the plugs rewired. Why wouldn't that have been the first recommendation versus installing a panel or at least have given a complete diagnosis and to top it all off, I had to get ATT to come an rewire our internet service because the wire had been cut by Joshua. I have expressed my displeasure to him and the company via a direct email on their company page. But now I am back in the same situation with the same outlets that are not working. I was not given an accurate diagnosis because if I were, I wouldn't be in the same predicament but $**** lighter.
