I went to rent a car from this business and the car wasnt functioning properly and I had told the worker about it and also the owner. So, when it come time for me to get my $200 deposit back, the owner says that I went over the miles but I wasnt even able to drive the car the last 2 days I had it because the car was stalling to accelerate so bad and I didnt want anyone to hit the car and my kids were in the car, from the back. The day of Im trying to drive the car to return it back to the office and the car starts to stall again and cut off while Im going downhill with my kids in the car and a bus behind me. I advised the owner, he said he knew about it and Id be okay, hed take care of me. He then proceeded to mark my file as a DNR (Do Not Rent) and I was forfeited my deposit. I dont agree with this because I wasnt even able to drive the car within the days I paid because it was messing up so badly.
