I just want it to be noted that I dropped off a vacuum one year ago and I would not expect them to have my vacuum a year later unless they were telling me for a year that they were looking for the motor when ever I called! The Dyson vacuum was not old and when I dropped it off it just wasn't picking up! When they called me they told me it would be $121 tax include for a used motor. They called me a week or two later telling me that the used motor was not any good and they gave me a price for a new motor . The new motors price I believe was very high and He told me that he could look for a used motor and it will take some time .I said that was in fine because I was in no hurry because I bought another vacuum . I know the ticket that they give you it's stated they hold items for 30 days and I called before 30 day and they still didn't find a used motor. . I need to mention that I called throughout this year checking if they got the motor. Actually the last time I believe I called he apologize it was taking so long .like I said I already had a vacuum and if I could get that one fix for that price I would have an extra quality vacuum . Today I called and told them that I will pick up the vacuum ,because it has taken so long and and they've had it way too long! He took my name and said he would call me back and when he did he told me that my vacuum was disposed of. He said it was fixed and I never picked it up and they called me which is not true! I paid over $500 for that vacuum and I would have picked it up if they called me! Yes it's on the ticket 30 days but I called them throughout this year getting the same story, The last time I called they even apologized it was taking so long. They made money from that vacuum cleaner they didn't throw it in the garbage! I am not stupid and I know that it had 30 days on the ticket and I would not call a year later expecting them to have it unless I was calling throughout the year whenever I thought to do so. Noted they never called me to tell me that they were looking for one it was always me calling them! I never had a voice message Nora missed call from them!
