    I got a car from this company in September with my co signer and were approved I put down $900 down payment. On October 14th they came and repossessed my car from my understanding they said my co signer couldnt be approved because over draft fees so the company got me approved by myself but we was in a open agreement when they came and got my car I had my car for 2 months maybe less so when they came and got my car nobody knew where it was I went up there on a Thursday night blooming for my car it took 4 days with this process I signed my contract, I got approve with the bank I was told I could put $700 down to get my car back. I was lied to by so many people in this company I wanted to stop the process and get my down payment back but I waited so the day before I was suppose to get my car back I put insurance on my car. And signed the title. They lied to my mom and told her once I get insurance on my car I could could get it back that same night so we ended up paying & then the ******* said we would have to wait till the bank approved the insurance but I never heard of that so my mom ended up coming to the car place to kinda get a understanding and the lady (cat) was so rude to my mom ended up walking out the car place while my mom was still talking. So the next morning she raised the price on me and I didnt have the amount she wanted only had 700 the price we been discussing the whole process. Stilll till this day I never got my car and they kept my down payment and I asked for it back but the owner never around when I want I just need help with this company so this what happen to nobody else

    On 3.1.23 I went to Harvey Automotive to purchase a vehicle. I was informed that I did not qualify for the vehicle I wanted, however was offered another option that was suitable. I paid $4,000 down on the vehicle. I was advised that I was to tell the financing bank that I paid $6,000 down. I signed the contract, obtained the insurance coverage and drove off the lot the same day. Two weeks later I was advised the bank did not finance. The salesman and another office staff member came to my place of employment to take possession of the vehicle. While in my office in front of a customer the salesman and I went back and forth. I was told that all down payments are non refundable. Why would I be worried about the down payment being refunded if I had already signed a contract and had possession of the vehicle?!? Not only that but the salesman "*************************" was making sexual advances towards me, making me feel very uncomfortable.

    I purchased my car on 04/16/2022. The same day i drove it home and the air went out and the sunroof was leaking. i take it back. They told me they would fix my problem.I picked up the car drove home and i had the same problem air out again and sunroof still leaking. This happened about three time.They never did fix my probiem .At this point i just wanted my down payment back .So now they tell me to take it to the dealer ship .I take it to the dealership where i pay ****** dollars to get it checked out. The dealership tell me the parts for my car the GM no longer sale. So now i go back to the car lot where i purchased my car and i tell them what the dealer ship said . So now the car lot saleman tell me he new the sunroof was leaking . So now i am asking them what are they going to do and the warranty want cover it because the GM do not sale the parts anymore.So now he tell me what i expected him to do .this all happened on August 12 2022 AND they still have my car at the car lot and to days date August 26 2022 and every day i call to check on it they tell me they will get to it soon. I have tryed over and over again to resolve this matter .THEY JUST REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK . I have been paying on time every month .And they powersteering do not work . the dealership said the leak in the sunroof has shorted out the modules in the car the dash board does not come on i n the car when it rain you can not even drive the car.
