We had our pool resurfaced by Blue Haven in March 2021. As a side note, ****** surface was put on under a blow-up tarp/cover with spot lights because it was dark and raining. In June, we started noticing gray spots on the ****** surface. We called Blue Haven who came out in late June, looked at it and said "that's from metal in the water." We were advised it's common in ********* but they don't usually see it here. BH advised us what to buy to add to the water and said to give it a month. Out of curiosity, we had the water tested for metals and there was not any issue. We still added what they advised us to and waited...The spots persisted and more developed. We went back and forth with BH who finally came out again November 22nd and tried several different things including scrubbing one of the spots with a stone which showed the spots are NOT superficial. BH indicated the water is too cold to treat for stains and we'd have to wait for warmer weather. BH said they would have to come back with the ****** supplier. Again, we went back and forth with Blue Haven who finally came with ****** rep on 12/17. While neither of them could identify the issue, Blue Haven said not a result of install and ****** rep said not a result of any issue with the ****** product. ****** rep then said "it's due to the water being out of balance." What?!?!? How can they say that when they said they don't even know what it is or how to treat it!?!?Weather has warmed up, spots are worse every day. We've been trying since May 18th to get Blue Haven to come back and repeatedly get the run around.Business response

To whom it may concern,
This customer had a replaster renovation that was performed in March of 2021. After the replaster was complete, the customer advised BH Mano of some spotting that had occurred in the plaster. Under the initial warranty we performed a drain and acid wash of the entire pool. The customer was satisfied with the outcome and no other concerns were raised. No other complaints or concerns were raised by the customer. Over 1 year later the customer raised concerns about new spotting. This spotting was not a result of anything BH Mano had done to the pool or of the ******* itself. No further action will be taken by BH Mano.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
This is a blatant lie. An emptying and acid wash of our pool NEVER occurred. The initial visit to our home for the pool stains was in early summer if 2021-just a few months after install. We were assured at that time it would fall under warranty because the issue began and was brought to their attention during the warranty period. BH Mano and the plaster manufacturer were last at our home in Nov of 2021. The stains never went away. We were advised to wait for “warmer weather” when the staining issue would be revisited. Over these last few months, additional staining has occurred. I have spoken with Rachel from the Blue Haven warranty department who is coordinating with warranty and plaster manufacturer to come back - we were told that would be “after the 4th of July “ due to plaster rep’s travel schedule. If that is not the case, we will seek legal representation.BHMano is totally misrepresenting and providing false information as to what occurred.

I bought a pool from Blue Haven (1/2019) and it came with a three year warranty on parts and service of the provided equipment. The handle broke off my Shark Pool cleaner. I am approaching the end of the three year warranty. I have called three times, left phone messages, and sent emails without any response from Blue Haven. I told them I was going to file a complaint in the last message and still have not received a response. I would like to get my pool cleaner handle replaced, if possible, in accordance with my 3 year warranty on parts.Business response
