    If I could leave negative stars, I would. This cannot be anything related to the Sears store I knew from years ago. I have received nothing but the run-around to get an update on a part I ordered. And when I tried to cancel the order, got the same run-around. I wished I saw all these reviews beforehand so I could have stayed away from them.

    Ordered parts to stack the washer and dryer in the house we purchased. The part was missing all the screws and tape. But included was the paper work that showed customer who ordered originally and must have not returned everything. And Sears Direct Parts did not check and sent me all her information. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

    This company ONLY wants your money. **************** is horrible because they like to use AI and VERY difficult to reach a human ***. ***** is my issue with this company - ************************** won't refund broken part because I exceded the 10 day return policy.I orderd a dishwasher pump on June 22, 2025. I received the part on June 25, 2025. I was out of town for five days, so I was not able to open the box for inspection until June 30th. I found the part to be shipped in a very light box with little to no packing material. The heavy part was broken due to poor packing. I tried to ***ort the problem on Sears Part Direct Website but the site would error out and was not able to continue. I tried calling customer service several times but would get disconnected. After several days I found another phone number to use to contact customer service. I talked to a customer service *** and she filed a ***ort to have my part returned and my money refunded, After several days I receved an email indicting that I was past the 10 day broken part policy time to ***ort this problem. I believe that the website failing to complete my part return and the ****** to reach customer service caused my delay to meet the 10 day brokern part ***orting. The item was broken due to no cause on my part. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call back in 1 hour.....no call was received,

    ******! Had the exact model number of the mower. *** said they had the correct air filter and suggested an an ad-on for spark plugs. Used the parts number she gave me to look at on-line, the page was not available. A confirmation email was sent. included in the email was a .5 in square photo of the air filter and it was not correct. Unfortunately, I did not review the email until later that day. Called back to cancel the order and was told I could only cancel WITHIN 1 HOUR of placing the order. At no point during the order was I informed of this. The *** indicated that once it was received, I could return the item. So, I waited for delivery. I just went to the SearsDirect site to return the items and they are now marked as UNRETURNABLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

    Please stay away from this company!!! I ordered a chainsaw gas cap ($5.59) and chainsaw chain ($23.19) from them in August 2024. The total purchase with tax and shipping was $44.69. Consequently, this review is not about money but very poor customer relations. They mailed the tank cap in Sept 2024 which is useless without the chain. The next 4 months I received emails from them saying "We have bad news, your chain is on back order." Those emails stopped in January 2025. I called the company to check on the status and at first they couldn't find my order in the system. I asked for a supervisor who found my order. That person informed me that the part would never be delivered but I would be refunded the price of the chain and shipping. That never came! I had to contact BBB to get a partial refund $23.19. They refused to refund the tax and shipping cost. It feels like at every turn, they were trying to cheat me. Please save yourself the trouble!

    I placed an order from this business on 4/29/25 and was suppose to receive my order on 5/5/25, the day it was suppose to arrive I called to check on it, and I was told to give them a few more days only to find out days later that it was on back order, after the many days of giving them time and never receiving any confirmation, I decided to call and cancel my order and request a refund, that I was told that I would receive within 3-5 days and that became a back and forth with them giving me the run around with my refund, that I ended up having to contact my credit card company. Avoid buying parts from this business, because they DO NOT HAVE INTEGRITY.

    They just straight rob you. Ordered parts took over a month to receive and was the wrong part. Was told a refund would be sent. Got an alert ten minutes later they emptied my cash app card. Stay away from this company.

    Do not use! Ever! I was scammed they took my order and money then told me it was backordered multiple times. The. Tried to cancel order and immediately said they shipped it! When I contacted they said it was delivered but sent no info. Never received product, never received refund and refused to cancel bogus order. Do not trust even though it says sear it is not!

    Promises in stock items, when in actuality they are not in stock. No order updates when backorders occur. Items arrived damaged, and then they won't process refund for damaged order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
