I want an option for zero stars. The customer service representatives are not knowledgeable of products. When explaining what I needed, Chat rep said I have your fit 100%. When I asked for part numbers, I was told I'll have that information once we place the order. Uh...NOT HAPPENING LIKE THAT . Upon review of the part numbers once they were provided, the cost was $149. I looked up the same parts on Amazon for the price of $25 total. Sears Parts Direct trying to rip me off bad!! Plus it didn't include all the parts needed. I was told some brackets I needed I had to obtain locally. Uh, if I could have obtained them locally, I wouldn't be trying to obtain them from sears parts direct now would I? I'll never do business with these folks again!Review from Greg L

Never ordered from this company. I ordered. I ordered a part for a dishwasher in October of 2022. The order got canceled and I had to reorder it in February of 2023. ** May I found out that order had gotten cancelled and I had to reorder it again. It was promised to arrive on May 17th. I contacted them on May 17th to find out there was no tracking number and they were going to Investigate why I haven't received my part. At this point I feel this company is nothing but a scam. I want to find out if there's a class action suit against them. If this company is affiliated with Sears, I can understand why Sears is closing most of it's stores.Review from Matthew W

Avoid this place like the plague! Part came in broken. Returned my part thinking I was getting a new not broken part. My money was refunded minus shipping of course. Had to deal with broken English speaking customer service rep that reordered my part for me but charged me more than original price.Review from Sandy R

Seats Parts Direct used to be a great source for parts. I've used them for many years. But, something has changed SPD's way of doing business. I ordered parts for my *********** grill. What SPD sent was not what I ordered. The return window is sixty days. So far SPD has burned up 27 days by stalling the process. I have called customer service four times and three time I have been told that I would receive an email with a printable return shipping label in fifteen minutes. One time SPD said a carrier would stop by for a pickup. That never happened. It seems like SPD is intentionally not going to accept a return and issue a refund. In thirty-three days my return window will expire and I'm left with a part I don't want and my wallet is $63.00 lighter.Review from Jerald F

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.I ordered and paid for a part and was shown on the screen that it would be delivered Feb 15, 2023. ON Feb 15, I received an email that it would be shipped on Feb 2 On the 27th I received an email that it was shipped. On March 7, I called to get a tracking number. The person (whatever country they were in) could not find and after 37 minutes, i hung up. I received and email, GET THIS...Backordered and would be shipped....2023. Imagine, sometime this year it would be shipped.It took 5 other calls and speaking to different people each time to get a credit. I finally disputed it to the credit card company.WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE.Review from david K

Live Chat function is a bot. It requests personal information, and does not probe for additional information. Chat function is a bot, they will not respond to outside questions. They want to push an order through without even a second to look. They stated my part for my **** lawnmower is in stock packed and ready to ship...as if it was on the "representatives" desk. Scam! Ordered a part. No status update for weeks. Then I check on their website and said it was cancelled. I talked to an online agent who tells me that they tried to charge my PayPal account multiple times and was rejected. I checked my PayPal account and charge went through. They suggested me to use my credit card. You think I'm stupid?Review from Sheila K

Terrible customer service!!!! I ordered a range top replacement . Was told by rep they had 3 available and it would arrive 5 days . Of course the charge posted on my card immediately. Here it is 4 weeks later. Website says in ************* on email says it was shipped 3 weeks ago. Last rep I spoke with a few minutes ago said my only option is to wait for an email that has shipping details. I told her this was just unacceptable because basically she is saying "she does not know where my part is or when it will be shipped and there is no way for her to check" . DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED !!!I ordered 2 fan motors that were in stock according to their website. After placing the order, I received an email confirmation of the order and a note that the order was in process. There is a tab within the email to "check status" of your order after ***** hours. I did so and found the order had been cancelled. I called to find out what happened and was told the cancellation was their fault and they would reorder. Same thing happened and I checked the order after a couple days and found it had again been cancelled. I called the service center and was told that I would receive a refund to my credit card for both orders. After 5 weeks I called the credit card company and was told no refund had been approved and both charges were still in place. We disputed the two charges. I then called the Sears customer service line again and spent nearly an hour talking to them as they tried to claim the refund had been processed until they suddenly agreed to process the refund (which had supposedly already been processed). After more run around, and refusals to let me speak to a supervisor, they finally produced a refund for both orders. I asked for an email confirmation which they said they could not do. I again asked for a supervisor, and magically, the rep was able to send email confirmations. Once I received the confirmations, I found the refund amount for one of the orders was incorrect, which led to another delay as they figured out this mistake. After a very long phone conversation, I now have a refund, in the correct amount, for parts that they never had in stock, or the ability to deliver. This is the most inept service I have ever received, from any company, anywhere!! If we had not chased them down and spent the time arguing with them, we would have never received this refund. I truly believe this is part of their business model....wear people down until they just go away. Unbelievable!!!
