    We took a mens suit and womans velvet shawl in for dry cleaning in Nov. 2024. We discovered after pick up that we did not get the correct pants back with the suit and the velvet shawl was damaged. I informed their employee, *****, the following business day and she told me that the pants were probably at their ********** location and the shawl was damaged in processing and they would do it over. Over a week went by with no word. I reached out again and they had not found the pants and damaged my shawl even more. She told us she would have owner contact us. More time went on with no word, so we contact him and he was argumentative and said I brought my shawl to them damaged which is not true. He wanted us to give him the suit jacket, which we said no- not unless you reimburse us for the entire suit. He told us to file with his insurance, but gave no info and we told him that was not our job to do, it was his. Both of our ************* have worked for him and my husband had been a customer of ********************** for over 30 years. We are NOT trying to rip him off! He has done NOTHING to rectify the matter. We sent a letter to him via hand delivered, email, & text with still no response. We sent him price info to replace the suit since it was a matching set and we want it to match again and for replacing the vintage shawl. He has ignored it. Replacement cost for suit from Express store is: jacket $298 pants $128 + tax = $464.34. Since shawl was a vintage item, Ive found a similar replacement on Poshmark for $66.30. So, were seeking $530.64 replacement cost for the missing and damaged items. We hope maybe he will respond to you and rectify this matter. We are frankly shocked and insulted that hes treated us this way. We did inform ***** to close our account with them. Thank you for your assistance,Mrs. *******
