    I paid check number **** on 5/22/2023 for $9,000.00 to ********************* and TK Works Contractor to repair a retaining wall. They worked briefly on it but never completed the job. I have concrete blocks laying in my yard. I have called Kitt several times and emailed him. He has not returned my calls or taken my calls. I would like a refund so I can get another company to do the work. I also don't want others to lose money.

    Water has been present from the time they encapsulated under the house. They "mopped it up" My husband basically had to supervise the workers while they worked on the replacing the joists, girder and subfloor to get it done correctly. There was a problem matching the hardwood in the bedroom so we were going to hold back 10% of the last check till we could locate the wood. *** and **** got extremely mad, got ** in my husband&#**;s face, yelling in a threatening manner. So I wrote a check in full and Kit came over and snatched it from my hand. A few days later, we looked under the house and saw puddles of water was present and has been there ever since. I have made numerous calls to both Kit and ***** left several messages over the last three months. They have never returned my calls.
