    I contracted with Southern Crawl Space in December, 2022, to replace the vapor barrier and seal the subfloor joists of my home. Their price was a little over $6000 - they have been fully paid. Prior to them doing this work, i advised them that I had a CCTV system and had video cables running through the crawl space and I did not want any of these cables damaged. I showed them where the cables were and they promised that they would try to not damage the cables and would repair / replace any cables that were damaged by their crew. During this project, they damaged two video cables and I have lost the video signal from two of my CCTV cameras. I have spoken to them numerous times about repairing these cables and every time that I spoke with them, they promised they would have them fixed. Nothing has happened. They have not taken any actions or contacted me or had anyone come to my home to repair / replace the damaged video cables. It has now been over two months since they were here and I still have no signal from two of my CCTV cameras. They keep saying they will take care of it, but never do. I'm growing very frustrated with their inaction and their empty rhetoric and false promises. They did the work I hired them to do, they were fully paid and they have not repaired or replaced the two cables that they damaged. I expect them to send a professional video cable installer to my home to repair / replace the two damaged video cables like they promised they would when I hired them.
