On 9/10/2023 I requested air conditioning server and the technician said he conducted a full diagnoses on the car unit and that he found a number of problems with the car unit. and charged me $197.09 for the service. After he said he diagnosed the car he gave me a quote for $1,700 to repair the unit. On 9/15/2023 I took my car to another repair cent on the military base in **********, ** and they conducted a full diagnose of my unit and did not find any pressure problems that were mentioned by Express Oil. They proceeded to charge my unit and found no leaks or any problems. It took a little while after I tested and my AC unit start working and has been continue to work. They charged me $55.00 for the service. On 9/16/2023 I returned to Express Oil and ask for a refund because they did not test my unit and after a conversation with the technician he said they could refund all but the freon used which would result to $149.00 and the manager agreed. The manager told me to wait unit Monday 9/19/2023 due to no cash and his manager would provide funds. As of now I have not received a refund.
