On May 22, 2023 I paid the application fee and holding fee for ***************************. He was denied for the apartment so the holding fee shouldve been returned but it has not. I called 3 times before talking to someone, this is around the end of July, beginning of August. Spoke to Markeet (not sure if thats how its spelled or if shes even still there). She took my name and number and told me to call her back the next day. I called back and left a voicemail. I never heard back from that. A few more weeks pass and I call back, leave a message, get a call back from a different person. She said she saw a check was mailed in June. I told her I didnt get it. She asked what the address was and when I told her she said the city was wrong. It shouldve said Madison and *****, but it said Harvest and *****. She said she would reach back out after talking to corporate. I have not heard back. I called and left a message and I sent an email. The response I received from the email was about renting an apartment. To which I responded that I was trying to get an answer about the missing holding fee. I have not heard back. This is my last resort to get my money back that they claimed they sent but cant seem to find!
