      I do not recommend this business. They wrote us a quote, began on the first order, and before that first order was filled, we put a down payment($500) on another load of wood. At pick up for the first order, the owner was requesting more money for 12ft boards after saying he would only charge us for 8ft boards because it was easier for him to cut the 12 ft(we had already agreed to pay the extra because we were ok paying for what we were picking up) we complied. We paid him what he charged for the first order which was still $235 extra. At pick up for the first order, a month after placing the second order and receiving an invoice for the second order, the owner then says he cant cut and dry the wood for this original quotes price and goes up three times the original price. To be exact (.70 bf to $2.00 bf) No wood from the second order had even been cut or anything!! They hadnt even started on our order. The owner said, I can give you your deposit back. We didnt jump to that conclusion just that second because we wanted to rethink our order and maybe get a smaller load and use that deposit. The following day, we requested our deposit back as the owner offered(because we really just wanted to give it more time before reordering another load and didnt want someone having our deposit until we had a new concrete order in place with invoice, and he failed to hold up on the original quote we were quoted. Not to mention we have text proof and invoice proof of everything from this business. The owner ******* refuses to return our calls and refund our money. I pride myself in being a good human and giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this company has done us wrong and I guess we will have to seek legal action against this company to get our money back.
