The company no longer seems to value honest reviews, as is evidenced by their poor handling of client complaints. They frequently neglect maintenance issues and use the law to excuse their inaction. They once refused to fix an air conditioner in our 100 degree house when my wife was was home with our one year old daughter and was pregnant in her third trimester with twins, claiming it was not an emergency. Currently, they have taken 2.5 weeks to install a dishwasher with standing water and an awful smell. The property was not properly cleaned when we moved in, even though we were told it was (there was a nasty film on the flooring and the house reeked of cigarette smoke.) Later we were charged $400 for plumbing, despite the fact that the house was built with no exterior ventilation for sewage draining. The company doesn't cover pest control either, just something we have never had to deal with before in our history of renters. The company needs to improve their communication, maintenance, and professionalism. They are not treating their clients well and need to improve if they want to win over customers in this business. The conditions are neither good for renters or owners.

Yes, sometimes maintenance takes longer than tenants or management would like. This is the nature of the renting business when all larger jobs must be run through owners, who often take their time making decisions. We cannot even order or plan a pricey non-emergency repair without the owners explicit approval. Even then when decisions are made there are delays getting parts, supplies and new appliances that have to be ordered. If you ever own a home, I am sure you will have greater flexibility getting the service you want and would be paying for that service. As of today, it's been 14 days since request was submitted on the 4th of April. The dishwasher has been delivered as of this morning and will be installed ASAP. By ******* Tenant/Landlord law, we are allowed 2 weeks for emergencies. A non-functioning dishwasher is far from an emergency situation, people can hand wash dishes and many have no other option. We do not provide pest control or landscaping in any of our single family homes and this is standard practice. You have been living in this home for four years already and as far as I know you've been enjoying living in this home for these 4 years. If we are as terrible as you say, or the home is as undesirable as you claim, I don't know why you would still be there!
