5 starsScott Plumbing replaced our failing water heater today, and we could not be happier with the whole process. Their scheduler gave us a very accurate estimate over the phone (also, a very competative price) and scheduled a convenient time for replacement. Scott's truck was at our house at the appinted time, we received a picture of the technician just before he was at our door, and he and his assistant did an excellent job of seconding the estimate, installing, and cleaning up any small spillage. They were professional, efficient, answered any questions we had, and just generally nice to have in our house. Scott definitely is at the top of our list for a repeat call the next time we need a plumber.
