    North Alabama Plumbing has done work for us on several occasions. They have been responsive and helpful. Most notably, they came out on on Christmas Eve day in 2022 to turn off our water for us. The shut-off was buried under frozen dirt and we were heading to the airport. It was 2 degrees at our house and we feared coming home to burst pipes. They were very reasonable with their fee to come do this.

    The two guys that went out were nice guys and they worked hard to replace my water line. Unfortunately they did take all day and I didnt want them to have to stay longer to remove the concrete that they uprooted. Apparently they dont do landscaping so buyer beware they will wreck your backyard and say it was done properly. I called a couple months after because I didnt think it wouldve been a problem. Then, since its summer, my kids want to go outside but North Alabam Plumbing companys , Proper put back work shows a couple issues. Nothing was left flat, and although the fence was left intact, it does not close or open for that matter. All I asked for was to have the concrete that they destroy to be removed and was told they do not do landscaping and it was put back properly. If you could see it, properly is not the word to use.
