I purchased a vehicle from Landers Mclarty ****** and went to the Chevrolet dealership to trade it in a few years later. Received the ****** from their dealership and they are saying the odometer is incorrect and I will have to fix it. Then they told me over the phone they would give me more than ****** for my jeep after i spent 2 hours up there trying to trade they said no the odometer had been pushed back. After explaining that I purchased from them they told me there was nothing they could, but when you are trying to purchase the vehicle they said they have guys for everything that can fix everything. Also, I have never felt so low about my self when they pulled my credit and just assumed that I could not afford what they needed. They didn't want to work with me at all. Who are they to judge. I did make mistakes but are we in the world where you would want to help people. Tried talking to someone at the bigger chevrolet area and he did not want to help he stood there shocked. I felt discriminated because I was not up to their standards.

This dealership is beyond screwed up managers ask employees to lie to customers. As a ex employee I KNOW! If we know the vehicle has a problem they tell all employees to pretend they dont know, and they also have service technicians band aid problems just so it will go out of warranty! Then this leaves the customer to pay customer pay for repairs. This is nothing new apparently! I worked there for ten months and tried explaining to customers to give us another chance, only to understand that they didnt even care about ME and little long a customer who is replaceable! ****************** is full of lies. They do bad deals, they EVEN told employees to lie about the current lawsuit with the 6.2 liter engine failures; they said tell customer they are FIXED! I refused to lie and then that on top of someones opinion got me fired! I will keep pushing til I get a response and an ANSWER; monetary by way of lawsuit if needed.

This is a very unfortunate thing for me they have harass me about buying the ****** armada 2021 that they had on market place saying nothing is wrong with it. I told them everything that was going on and they was cool with it but they has harass told me they was going to call the police on me and sent me clips of people going to jail and I have been nothing but honest with them. The truck is used but the truck is not what they said it was, it has no air ,doesn't unlocked or locked correctly.,warning light is on and they said they put new breaks and tires on it doesn't seem like it . I would never send anyone to buy a use car from them they are just as bad as the little car lots .I will never go to them again I have brought 3 suv from lenders ******* ****** i should have went back and I will never go back to Lenders ******* Chevrolet again.

Was told that my car had a recall and that I would have to pay for the recall fix since my car was out of the 3 year/36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. This is of course COMPLETE BS since the ** issued recall is paid for by **. These are the ***** tactics used by your average "Crime Family". It's just amazing what many companies think they can get away with these ******* advice is: Don't do business with criminals. Stealing is stealing regardless of how you go about it.

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango, and within the first three months, the engine failed, leaving me stranded. After spending $800 on other parts, I learned the engine needed replacement. Fortunately, the *** was covered under an extended warranty, and Dodge replaced the engine. I repeatedly asked why the engine failed but only received vague answers like "maybe the previous owner drove it hard." Fast forward a year and a month later, after moving to ******, **, the engine failed again. I paid $428 for a new battery, $100 to be towed across the street to have a diagnostic done, which led to a new engine recommendation. I had to pay another $200 to have it towed to a dealership in Ft. ******, **, only to be told the warranty was denied because the catalytic converter was the root cause of the failure. Now I need to replace the engine and catalytic converter, likely because the initial engine was installed with a faulty converter. The first engine failed at ****** miles, and now, at ******* miles, I face the same issue. On the original motor, there was residue under the radiator cap, indicating someone used an engine block sealer, further evidence this vehicle was a lemon. Additionally, poor headlight installation caused a $1,200 light to fail due to moisture. As a diabetic & disabled combat veteran, Im missing appointments, running out of medication, and struggling to care for my family. This company seems to only care about money, not customers. Now, I owe $30,000 for a vehicle Ive had for 20 months but could only drive for 16. Its heartbreaking that this was the only vehicle I was told I qualified fora lemon. This is not good business.

I bought a new truck on 29 June. The truck has a couple dings in the door. The salesman said he would contact on around the 8th of July to schedule an appointment to fix the dings. I called him on the 23rd of July and he said he would call back on the 26th or early the next week to set up the appointment. Today is August the 6th. I haven't heard from anybody at Landers - Mclarty. Managers will not return calls. I will not do business with them again.

The sales person convinced me that they could get the sales price reduced on a truck to make the deal. Because of that I stayed and let them put hard credit inquiries on my credit report. Then they come back with the full list price and additional fees. The sales manager said that they never lower the price on vehicles. So I wasted 2 and a half hours and hard credit inquiries because the sales person lied and said they could come down on the price.

*****,I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience. Upon looking at our records I see where you looked at a few vehicles with us, but maybe we couldn't make the numbers work for you or maybe it just wasn't the right one for you? Either way I would love to hear about your experience and see where we fell short. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss.Thank You,********************* ************

I bought a new Silverado Trail Boss from them. I have my oil changed when due and rotate tires every oil change I pay them to do this. They have failed to rotate my tires on numerous occasions and have fail to do the inspections that come with this services. I have 4 tires that are trash now due to the lack of inspections on paid services. ******* said He aint putting tires on it. They know they destroyed my tires and simply dont CARE! Dont waste your time or Money! GM should be ashamed to allow clowns to run a Brand in the ground.

I just want potential customers to beware when dealing with the used Chev dealership on university the customer service ***** no better word comes to mind. I bought a 2021 Dodge Charger on February 14th the car has minor issues. The salesman assured me they would address the issues. Every since we bought the car we have been getting the run around about getting these issues taken care of. Please dont waste your energy or time buying from the Landers Mclarty used dealership on university drive. You will thank me later.

I purchased a brand new 2021 Tahoe Z71 on March 2021. My vehicle now has 26k miles only and it is in the Chevrolet services in ****** location its been there over 35 days and no one seems to know when it will be ready. This is the 2nd time I take my vehicle to repairs for same issue keeps saying transmission or engine related problems. I do not have a vehicle to drive and I am still making payments on my vehicle. The manager in Huntsville solution is to trade in and get a new vehicle, but that does not help me it puts me more in debt. Called GM motors customer service and they gave me a case # but still till this day no call or email. *** called and the person with my case still doesnt answer my calls left voicemail no answer. I am very disappointed I have to get rides and ask to borrow cars just to take my kids to school every day.
