    "Im very disappointed with BCBS of Alabama High performance plan I been having issues after issue with BCBS I ran out pt days they refused to give me any pt days even my orthopedic surgeon telling them I need more and now I cant have sinus surgery I that need because my ent Doctor REMOVEDReal his hospital is not in network so he cant do it so I go sent to some ent at REMOVEDhe didnt care all he did say it was my medicine that is causing my sinus thats some cREMOVEDand now January 1st my orthopedic my thyroid doctor and my urologist is going be out of network REMOVEDonly cares about the non they could care less if you get the proper treatment from the best caring doctors I will not be going back to BCBS because all of my doctors are in REMOVEDsystem and that hospital is not in network imagine that I dont recommend BCBS"
