1 starMet Coffman thru an event his office hosted. Scheduled a meeting to have consultation. Spouse and I had carefully gathered all of the required info we would need for appt and were excited. Three hours prior to appt, Coffman called and cancelled. Was told they would reach out the following week to reschedule... Nothing. I reached out 7 days later, and was told I would be called that day to schedule something ... Nothing. A week after that I reached out to let them know that their level of professional interaction with me has been less than desirable, and that we would be moving on to another advisor and would be leaving a review.... THEN my phone is blowing up with calls and texts. Their loss on a great business opportunity. My husband and I are young, but very successful... We need to make sure we can trust those who handle our investments, and that's not the experience we received with the Coffman group. If I can't trust someone to call me back to reschedule and appointment, and they don't... Should I trust them with my money?

I am perplexed why Ms. **** would file a formal complaint with our BBB, as she works directly for a local competitor, *********************** Wealth Planning. She is not a client and has never visited our offices. She has attended a few of our dinner events, which are specifically oriented towards retirees and those preparing for retirement, and Ms. **** is 30 years from retiring. Because she was not a good fit, Ms. **** was kindly asked to refrain from attending future free dinner seminars. We would recommend Ms. **** use her current employer for her future retirement planning services.
