    Have been customer/supporter of ********************** for several years, I have been buying Radios, antennas, miscellaneous other items related to the ham radio hobby, they have knowledgeable people, willing to help with any problem or question I have asked!I will continue to place them at the top place to go to for any of my ham radio needs.

    I recently placed an order on the GigaParts website where all items were listed as in stock and available for immediate shipping. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with those expectations.Due to an apparent issue with their system, I was informedafter placing the orderthat I would need to pay separate shipping fees if I wanted part of the order sent immediately, or otherwise wait for the remaining item to arrive. While I appreciate that a representative reached out to explain the options, the proposed solutions placed the burden on me as the customer to resolve a situation caused by the websites inaccuracies.After calling to discuss further, a compromise was reached, though I believe more could have been done to rectify the inconvenience. Ultimately, I had to purchase certain items from a competitor due to time constraints, which was disappointing given my initial decision to support GigaParts.Should the company take further steps to make things right, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.

    I want to update my review of 02/24/2025. I was contacted by a service manager (Sue Stephens) shortly after this posting. She provided me with a RMA and shipping label to return the antenna for replacement. She kept in touch during the entire process and I received the new replacement.

    I purchased a Intellitron TA-1317 telescopic antenna at Hamcation 2025 in ******* *******. I discovered that the 3/8-24 thread mount is defective and would not allow attachment. I filed a request for replacement and received a service ticket number indicating that a return label and instructions would follow by separate email. Two weeks later, I have not received that email.I have found it impossible to speak with anyone whatsoever from the company. None of the extensions are answered, and multiple requests for a call back are ignored.

    We researched a 3D printer, and a customer recommended the Bambu unit. We did had an issue at start up when an unmarked shipping part was left in place, and caused damage to the head. Giga Parts supplied a new head under warranty and advised the manufacturers of the issue. *** ******** was awesome in helping to get this resolved in a timely manor. The Bambu unit is a very good value, easy to set up, and was producing parts with a few hours of receipt.

    I would like to give my appreciation to *********. I previously did not order the correct battery and charger. It took some time, coordination and their assistance to me to ship back the battery, for the exchange. Thank you for your time and professionalism.
