    I love the serum and Ive had good results . The starter set is nice. But favorite is the serum. You have to be consistent for results like anything else.

    Horrible. What good is a product if you can not actually supply it or have adequate customer service to respond to request over a copy and paste. If you have funds to waste or even time such as months for a product, this is the company. However if you want consistency for your hair care and an actual product, this is not.

    I placed two orders for over $200. I have emailed them, The emailed they dont give refunds if the order has shipped. Well it hasnt been shipped.I try to support black companies.This is no way to run a business.????????

    I ordered on the 9th of October and yet to receive an update on my shipping status. I emailed them to ask where is my order as if I have over $100 to throw away and guess what no response. I also made the mistake of ordering with this company a second time and yet to receive any communication. Needless to say I'm going to see if I can fight these charges with my credit card company . I will never order from this company again and I just want my money back. the customer service is horrible and no one should have to wait so long for a product they paid for. STOP HAVING SALES AND CATCH UP. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

    I wish I would have read the comments myself before ordering from this company. I order on 09/22 I email them 10/06 where's my order. Then I get a email later that day my order has been shipped. I got my order on the 10/11 just see realize I was missing my serum. I have been emailing and they ask me to send pics of the products and box I did that too. It's 10/19. Still sending several emails asking where's my serum. I will never order anything else from this company. This is bad service.

    I placed an order on September the 5th. Always before placing orders no matter what site I notate the shipping policy. Canvas Beauty Brand updated their shipping to ***** business days AFTER I placed my order. Okay fine I guess. So I wait patiently and realize I have not even received so much as a correspondence that orders are MORE DELAYED than originally noted on their website. So I email customer service at least twice a week. Do you think ANYONE even bothered to respond?? So a month and a half in I receive an email saying my order would ship this week. It is now SUNDAY. A new week begins tomorrow. Ask me have I received any correspondence after I emailed yesterday asking where my package was after again ANOTHER broken promise. This is BEEYYOONDD UNPROFESSIONAL. I am telling everyone to STAY FAR AWAY. I completely understand a few orders, but more and more infuriated customers are speaking up about this problematic company. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, sorry to say they need to be put out of business. I tried to support black owned, but this makes us look TERRIBLE AS A WHOLE. I think the MOST frustrating thing of all is they are CONTINUOUSLY advertising sales like your not already behind on orders and not making attempts to make things right. I am utterly disguisted.

    On September 2nd I ordered the BAEBEELOVE Healing Micellar water and have yet to receive a tracking status of this order. My order number is ******. I reached out to the company on Sept. 23rd ***** sting a status or return of my order to which I was directed to a link re: their refund policy - there is none but their website states if your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and email address if they are incorrect. What asinine policy is that? I am quite sure the many people who purchased from 5is company provided the correct email and shipping address. I reached out again today to check on the status of my order and I have only heard crickets. If this company can nit fulfill orders then close up your online business and keep it local. Its truly ashamed how many women of color took the money out of their pockets to support another woman and she shafts them with the run around. Never will I patronize this company again and I will warn my friends as well.

    I would love to review the new line she made for her son, however, I have not received it. Its been an entire **************** Ive supported this business for years and Im very disappointed in their customer service. Ive emailed & waited patiently on a response and nothing. I purchased this **** September 2, 2022 & it is now October 9, 2022. I dont mind produces being delayed or whatever the cause may be but an email update should be mandatory.

    On September 1st I placed a online order for 1 glow complex bar and 1 rose glow facial oil, Since date of purchase I have not received my order or a refund. The tracking number provided by canvas beauty is saying shipping label created on September 9th and post office is still awaiting item, I have now emailed the company on 3 separate occasions with no response, I attempted to phone them on the number I found on ******* the number says not a working phone number, I have attempted to contact them via messenger on their FB page, no response. I would like this issue resolve as soon as possible, its now been more than a month!

    I use to order their products which are very good. Took a break and decided to order again. Big mistake, once again orders are not getting shipped. You are all over ******** and ******* promoting your business making millions of dollars and cant pay for decent shipping?? This makes no sense period. I am done!! This will be my last order.
