      "First I would like to say Shottenkirk Honda Huntsville is a complete rip off & they are very rude and doesnt handle business very well , one of the issues I have with this business is they never ever pick up the phone & never so call have anyone available , I asked the person to verify she have someone available to speak with me before transferring me to who I needed to be transferred to REMOVEDagreed told me she had someone available but no one seems to pick up the phone ever , they just give you the run around & no one never knows anything , they just love to play games & get money off you , the second problem I have with them is I bout a car from Honda REMOVEDadded warranty and other things in my auto loan without telling me , so I decided to trade in the vehicle after a month or two & they sent me a refund for my extended warranty , now Im having a issue with my gap insurance refund that I have been told by 3 people from eg REMOVEDlienholder Im owed a specific amount of money for gap ins premium I didnt use on that vehicle and Honda keeps lying to me and not wanting to give me my refund for my gap , they are just giving me the run around and dont want to pick up the phone and do there job , this place is horrible and I would not ever recommend anyone to go to this place to do business with @ all , they are full of themselves & not very good with business ."
