    I used Jeff Thomas Architect for an addition to our home. The addition was 247 sq. ft. At first Mr. Thomas seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it seems he has lost a step both in knowledge and credibility. When he and his assistant came to our home for the measurements and our needs they seemed knowledgeable. They sat in our home and we stated our simple wants and needs. Mr. Thomas stated they would come back the following week to finalize the design needs. They never came back. The week after I contacted him asking why they never came back. He stated they had what they needed and his assistance was working on the plans. Later I received an email with plans attached ignoring several things we had discussed in the first visit. From there things just got worse with lack of communication and multiple incorrect changes. The bottom line came with the final invoice of $4500 with no cost breakdown for five sheets of plans and then notified us that they had made two more changes. Plans for this small of a project should not cost $900 a sheet. I had to fix several of their changes to get approval for permits to start our project. I would not recommend this company's' incompetent's to plan for a dog house!
