    I have been trying to get in touch with management for weeks regarding issues with the property located in ******. The office management for this property is terrible, they will not fix anything and love to say well you will just have to deal with it. Management will contact you about minor issues and complaints but when you have issues nothing is done to solve it. Ive been living out here for years and the property is a mess. The stairs are nasty and have never been cleaned. The walls are filthy and need pressure washing. I would not recommend renting from this company at all.

    Jewish racist white man name - *********************** has blocked Tenants phone numbers and faxes and still has *********************** the Super who lives at ***************************************************************************************** Report number is 2023 2150 taken by Detective ********* at the Internal Affairs dated July 23, 2024 -Black Lives Matter!

    Heritage townhomes has to selling apartments! My kids have had an app in for 3 months ! Today they said the rent went up over the weekend and they no longer qualify when I asked for a denial letter its says approved ! I guess I didnt offer any side money and the highest bidder won ! ****** , ******* and ******* are all aware of happenings and not equal housing!

    Gateway management group LLC is not to be trusted they take advantage of low income families. Rent substandard places that never pass inspection and their maintenance teams are a joke not a cert among the whole lot. They take full advantage of their employees lie and steal at will. Their just all a joke from the owners all the way down to their so called management teams. Beware don't do BUISNESS with these people you definitely can't do work for them if you expect to be paid

    I want my money that you all seem to be taking very long to give back to me. It should not take this long to give me money back especially if i haven`t moved in any property. This was the worse experience I have ever had in 25 years of me living. I`m tired of calling *********** about my money and when it`s gone be refunded now i advise you all to give me my money back or this going to go into further action. I do not play about my money paid way to much money just to go in loops with Onyx of ****** and liberty rent never again!!!!

    I am a resident at Gateway Management, Columbiana. I have a infestation problem that has been almost three yrs. The foundation cracked from bedroom to bathroom, wet carpet for 10 months. It was replaced when another manager saw it. This brought GNATS (fungus gates) I have spent a lot of money on gnat catchers, fly strips: too many- apple cider vinegar. I have reported to the manager so many times. **** Pest control has been here 4 times and only poured something down my drains. I'd been doing this every week when I first saw them. The infestation needs to fog the entire apt, because these gnats already have a home, and ******* me day and night. Also, I learned there are carpet beetles. I have killed many and on floor and porch. There is so much to this issue I can't write it here. I am a Senior and can't move or pay the expense associated.

    This company is so bad. They don't fix anything never anyone in office the maintenance guy monitors the parking lot all day instead of working I have got injured badly due to their negligence so I need an attorney any Ideas? Mold and bugs out of control they are in my stove my NEW microwave INSIDE MY FRIDGE we can t even cook so not to mention how they built 2 complexes on wetlands and NOONE seems to know how or where the permit is??? There are kids from 8 to 18. Walking around with guns REAL ones my gdaughter can't even play outside. I'm telling and forewarning if someone dont get this trash under control something is going to happen. If they had a neg star that was my choice .
