    Our gutters were installed in 2018. We had damage due to high winds and part of our gutter system was torn off and hanging. A corner seam has been leaking constantly. The wood under our gutters is getting water logged due to constant rain. I asked for assistance 3 months ago. They “ cannot find “ my file even though they know my address and phone. I have been in touch with Lauren, production manager, Brenda, and Chappell. The work has been delayed over and over. Saturday the work was supposed to be done. They showed up with wrong material and smoking. I have asthma and have been coughing constantly since the contact.
    We paid over $12000 for the system. I am severely upset about all of this!
