    Total Scam! They Charged me a free when I didnt authorize it and when I tried to get a refund the call went to a recording and never got a call back. The second time I called and waited for a person to pick up, but they never did.

    Just another internet scam. They intentionally mislead you into thinking one thing while the whole time they are just putting tneir hand in your pocket and helping themselves. Shameless!

    It's all there on the page but they way they are overcharging people is by NOT directly telling us what they are doing. On the page before you 'checkout' it says:Payment: $1 Vehicle History Report We charge $1 per report so that we can keep our records up-to-date. Sites claiming to offer free data may be giving you bad information. Companies that charge $40 are just taking advantage of you.Total per report:$1.00 NOTHING ON THIS PAGE DOES IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A BIWEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION!Then on the 'checkout' page where I add CC info, at the top is a banner listing:"Save Money. Volume Discount Package of $30 Every Two Weeks, Up To 30 Reports Per Two Weeks" (but no mention that YOU WILL BE CHARGED THIS.)On the right side of the very same page is your order summary listing the $1 they will charge.Under that is what looks like a listing of benefits for the service with one of those 'benefits' saying:"$1 initial report $30 every 2 weeks" - but the page does NOT directly tell you you are being charged nor does it itemize the $30 on the order - crafty schemers they are...Not only are they schemers, when I got the report for my truck, the engine size and transmission type were totally incorrect!

    SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I've been getting charged $29.95 monthly for months without any knowledge. Once discovered I reported it to my bank BofA and a new debit card was issued but I was charge occurred again the following month! **** says "Global Informatics LLC" has it set up as a reoccurring charge so even with a new debit card you will still be charged. Be sure your bank rep goes into your account and stops the reoccurring charge not just reissue a new debit card! Fingers crossed this actually takes care of the problem! Hope this info helps!     This charge Carscentme for $1.00 showed up on my credit card when I attempted to get a Cargax report on my own car and I was charged further for a subscription I didn't know about. I am now concerned because when I called the phone number on the billing info from my credit card statement I got hung up on every time? Now after the third call I get a text message saying my SUBSCRIPTION has been canceled and I will no longer be billed!!!??? I don't know what subscription they're talking about, I didn't SUBSCRIBE to any Global Informatics!?
