    I would give zero stars if I could. From May to August they had been to my home 5 times. Stated first time it was a capacitor worked 30 min. Came the next time said it was compressor replaced worked a week. Came next time said bad compressor which was new. Came next time said nope compressor good coils are bad condenser needs replacing. Mind you after 5 visits all of the sudden coils are bad and stated due to abuse and misuse. They are the only company that has ever touched this unit. They are clueless on how to diagnose. We are still waiting on a call back and its been two weeks!!!!! Went with another company who is very knowledgeable and came right out. Saw the problem immediately. Fire & Ice had left off caps to Freon and it all leaked out, they also welded something wrong and it was damaged. We are going on over 3 months with no air in our upstairs unit due to their inability to diagnose correctly. Run like your hair is on ?? and do not waste your time because it will only cost you more in the long run. We asked for the owner to call us and not a word from him. I feel like they do crappy work because its under home warranty. We are also in the process of recouping any and all money out of pocket weve had to spend on window units and service call deductibles due to them. We will take this as far as we have to to get our money back we have documentation to prove our case!!! This company needs to be shut down for fraud and neglect due to incompetence.
