  ** and his team responded quickly when we had a tree fall on our house. He had the equipment and expertise to remove the tree safely and quickly without doing any more damage to the structure. He also tarped the damaged areas to further prevent and water intrusion. I will definitely use him again.

  I was getting quotes to have 8 trees removed from local buisnesses. The owner of North Alabama Tree Services came out, and at the time was all right to deal with, so I had him write me a quote and email it to me. When I got it, it was twice the amount of anyone else so I called him about it. He started yelling at me about how he's the only one in the area who's properly licensed and insured, how he only uses documented workers and all other companies are ran by Illeagals and using fake insurance. I showed the insurance cards from the other tree companies to other buisness owners and they said they were legit. Than he sends me a text stating that "I'm pert of the problem", and the other companies will mess it up and ill have to call him to fix it balh blah blah. The guy has been completely unprofessional and went off the rails as soon as I questioned him on his pricing. I'll never do buisness with someone who treats potential customers the way he does.

  You never did any business with us. You called me and started cussing at me over the price. That 9K was fu@@king unexceptable and I said to be respectful and stop cussing. I have text from you saying cussing someone out is Ok it is freedom of speech. I said that I am the most insured company in the area. I proved to you that another company you had December 2024 insurance paper work therefore they would not have a license. The insurance was not up to date. You have to have insurance to be in business. I said for you to make sure whoever does your work has insurance. You started to attacking my company on face book and it got taken down. When i told you that you area the problem by ****** companies who have fake paperwork and that is taking away business from real companies who pay taxes and have to work with proper insurance to be in business. you also said I was putting down all other tree companies and I have never done that. Legit companies are good competition for all. People who know me know this is made up. Look at my ratings. You rewrote my text on face book and spelled a lot of words wrong and tried to make it look like I was doing it so you could try to hurt my company because I won't do your trees for very little. It is sad when a person like you try to demand for people to work for them at the price they want to pay for and when they don't get their way they do things like this. I wish you the best.

  ** and his Tree Techs arrived ready to perform the Task. In four (4) hours, from start to completion, not a complaint / fault / issue to be made. So professional doing the work. ** explained all that was required to be performed, and proceeded ti just do that. The clean-up was outstanding to the degree our yard looked better than before they began. ** handled all questions or concerns which left highly satisfied with the Job Performed. We will call North Alabama Tree Service for any additional tasks. Also, we will pass on our satisfaction to all we can.

  We were very pleased and impressed by they're team work and professionalism. Work was started and completed promptly. They took great care when moving equipment on our lawn, which we appreciate. We would recommend them to friends and family.

  Great communication, on time work, and did a beautiful job. They took down 5 large trees and ground the stumps/reset the area. It was a tight workspace between houses and power lines, and they handled it with ease. Definitely exceeded my expectations! If we need any tree work in the future they will be our first call

  North Alabama Tree Service did a wonderful job in removing a large oak tree that was in very close proximity to the patio and pergola. Took excellent care to protect the pergola and strategically removed all the branches before cutting the trunk down in sections. Excellent ***** removal and clean up! Great job. Total time 5-6 hours!

  We used North Alabama Tree Service to remove a very large maple. The tree was grown into the chain link fence and very close to ours and our neighbors homes. These guys were AMAZING!! Very professional. Fast. Great clean up. I definitely recommend them.
