    I was thrilled to get my child at Kids Kastle... So thrilled in fact, that I ignored the fact that I was contacted by the director's MOM on ******** about his being accepted... Normally, one would receive a phone call from the director who would then ask you to come in for paperwork and tour and what not... I never got any of that... Then, almost immediately, my child who had not bitten anyone in months at his old daycare, got bit. Then he started biting. I was originally told it's just something kids do and there was no repercussions. Then I got told (BY THE TEACHER NOT THE DIRECTOR) that he had a strike against him for biting and if he got three strikes then he'd be kicked out. Okay... Fair enough... Let's go on to talk about the numerous injuries my child incurred while at this facility... Lots of bruises from being bit... Scrapes and bruises on his head... A chipped tooth! I kept my cool because kids will be kids after all... But I have serious concerns on whether or not these children are being properly watched. Don't get me wrong, teacher is super nice, but is she watching them or is she playing on her phone?! Which is why when I got a call saying that my child bit and would need to be picked up, I asked to speak to the director. Instead of him calling me, he texts. I tell him I'd like to speak with him. As I am putting his number in my phone, he sends another text saying PICK HIM UP NOW OR HE'S OUT FOR GOOD. Woah!!! ******** We're threatening people now? No, thank you. We won't be back!
