5 starsMy experience was fast and simple. From the start to closing, it was a walk in the park. Approved and funded in 13 days. The loan officer I worked with was hands down the best. Ive bought and sold 7 houses in 6 years and this was the first time using them. I couldnt recommend them enough. For me, they went above and beyond. Great communication and explained any and all questions I had.CIS Financial Services, Inc.

1 starThis company by far was horrible to work with unprofessional wish I never gave them any of my personal information! Between him and my loan officer ********************* it was a complete nightmare told me I was approved and the day before closing I was denied with no real reason. Told me I had to pay stuff off that didnt need to be paid off ultimately gave me and my realtor the run around. I wouldnt recommend CIS OR ********************* to no one stay clear of them they are scammers and shouldnt be working with anyones personal information! They also tried to hide hidden fees in by doing rapid rescore which ***** kept insisting I needed! One again please stay away from both of them you will be disappointed
