            July 9 2021 Called air not blowing cool it was 7:00 am let message they called back. Came out at around 11:30 checked unit said froze over coming back came back out at 1:37 said I needed a module motor be Monday motor in Birmingham 1 hour away. I can't be without air so I said I would pick up my own part I drove to Birmingham picked up my part which was warranty part no charge got back called he came over to install took 7 minutes to put on part I timed him. It was hot and he did have to get in attic. Charged me 400.00 dollars on a part that was warranty I ask him to explain and he told me labor I said no way I had used them at my mothers house on the previous week holiday weekend and I bought the part and it was only 300.00. The mans name was Lin ****** he talked to me like I was a dog I said this is not fair and he told me to call someone else next time and it was people like me that if they answered our calls they never got rest.
