After speaking with D&D flooring it took 3 months for the owner to order the material he had shown us, then he wanted half the money up front before ordering the material. After another 2-3 months, his crew came in and literally tore up the wood work around our flooring and doors. His excuse was the house was old, IT IS OUR HOUSE and his crew should have been more careful, since we were paying for their work The crew left our house in shambles along with a mess on our front porch, then they took the remainder of the materials we paid for with them when they left. Before asking our opinion about the stain color for the molding, the owner just made the decision to pick the color himself. I was not happy with the owner nor his crew. The owner did come back after we had complained and showed him photos of the destruction his crew had made to our house . He wanted to take up all the molding around every room and closet, however we did not want these people back in our house. I do not see a place on this site for photos. Use your own discretion of whether or not to use this business.

We actually ordered the flooring when you told us too. It was on back order and did take several weeks to come in. We were willing to replace all of the molding but you chose for us not to do so. We try our best on every job abd have very few complaints and I’m sorry if we didn’t meet your expectations on this particular job. But we do still appreciate your business.
